This experience was not pleasant. First I spent over 15 minutes waiting without even being greeted. Mason was my cashier and he had me pay, before confirming my rec to ensure I could leave with everything I paid for. Mason was unsure of what to do when he realized I was over the limit and the person in the back, I did not get their name, was attempting to explain to Mason what to do, Mason still seemed confused. I ended up needing to be refunded over $100. And when I explained that I really wanted those products and I had only added others because I figured they would have a first time discount, I wasn't offered a full refund, but forced to take the products I didn't even want. This was my first and last visit, due to the hassle of this experience and the unwelcoming experience. When I explained that to the person helping from the back, they took offense and asked why. When I explained that cashiers usually confirm the patients rec before making them pay, to avoid this lengthy hassle. They responded that it wasn't their fault I didn't have enough rec. My first time visiting this medical dispensary yesterday. It's definitely different than some of the other ones we have. It kind of has like a lounge type coffee house vibe with a light and open feel like you're not picking up your prescriptions. Just the vibe you would think to get for the location it being beachside. Picked up some lotion and a preroll. Randy Q was my cashier. He's so sweet and easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. They accidentally made a mistake with my order. No big deal mistakes happen. I just so happened to be in that area again today anyway. So when I stopped in the manager, she took very good care of me and corrected the problem. I’ve been there three times now, every time has been a good experience. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and quick to get you your order ready. Have to give a shout out to Mason who helped me on my latest visit, and prompted me to write a review of how awesome sunburn is. Their prices are super affordable and way lower than other dispensaries in the area!

Might I suggest, you should allow your budtenders to accept cash tips from what the customers. Other dispensaries allow it, and I ALWAYS give them the difference from the “ATM” transaction. I like that I can give my small gesture of...
