On September 23 me my husband and my children went through the drive-through to place an order. The young lady, taking our order, was very pushy, and did not allow us to finish our order. She kept telling us “come to the window!” Multiple times my husband informed her that we were not finished with our order she then replied “why do you have an attitude?” My husband then replied “I don’t have an attitude. I am just letting you know we are not finished with our order.” She then replied “whatever!” we then asked to have the managers name, and she replied back. “The manager isn’t here”, so we then asked for her name and she denied to give that to us. She said “you don’t need that” very nasty. So me and my husband went inside to see if the manager was there as we were walking in another employee was wiping down the tables so we asked her if the manager was there, and what was that young lady‘s name she denied to give us her name. Another young lady in the back started to say things to us as well. She stated that there were two of them taking orders through the drive-through, so then I asked “were you taking our order?” She said “no” so I told her our issue isn’t with her that it was with the young lady who took our order and I asked her as well for her name and she denied that too. We saw the young lady who took our order, and I asked for her name, and she still replied “you don’t need that” “whatever” we try to give her an advice, telling her “that is not how you treat your customers”, and all, she replied, very nasty was “whatever” and rolled her eyes. No one working that day on that shift between 940 and 9:50 in the morning on September 23 gave us any kind of information no store number no manager number no phone number to that store, nor the name to that young. They now have a young lady who is extremely rude. Three weeks ago I was in line and waited 10 minutes in line at the speaker so I thought maybe it was broken. All I said was “hello” and someone responded very rudely, “Can you just wait”. I left without ordering anything. I gave this place one more shot and I was waiting in the drive-thru for another 10 minutes at the speaker. No one said please hold or I will be right with you anything, once again. Well. I would give more stars but, this is for the management. Please get longer straws. Why you're selling large drinks if you're not providing the right length straw for that drink. I've been getting a large caramel latte with whip cream and 3 times and a row I had to go inside the store to get the straw that you should been providing with the drink.
