Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

This is the worst D.D I've ever gone to. Food is old and stale. I used to go to this Dunkin' Donuts every day but stopped about a year ago because it's a dirty place and they couldn't get an order right if it were to save there lives. I went back a year later and they still can't get It right. I've been back there 6 times now and 5 times out of 6 they couldn't get a simple large coffee 6 creams and 2 sweet and low correct. I've gotten 4 and 4 , 2 creams 6 sweet and Low 5 creams and one sweet and low and today 6 creams and 2 equal, I clearly said sweet and low. After 10 minutes i got the coffee and just like last year it tasted more like cream and water than coffee. What is wrong with this manager, you need a new manager, she can't take an order correctly and whoever does the hiring here should resign. When I told The manager my coffee needed sweet and low not Equal she gave me a look that can kill. Employees are slow as molasses and very rarely get a simple coffee order correct. I refuse to come back to your establishment and recommend you all do the same. They're all a bunch of dummies in there. Starting with management. You need to clean house...

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location 7775 Preserve Ln, Naples, FL 34119. The staff, especially the manager (a woman in a blue top), were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I requested a medium drink, they gave me a large and insisted that’s what I had asked for, how can you not get a simple coffee order correct. as if they didn’t understand simple English or just hard of hearing. The staff seemed rushed and didn’t care to get the order right, which led to several mistakes.

The overall service was terrible, and the food didn’t meet expectations either.

This location is not only a disgrace to the Dunkin's brand, but it's also putting the company's reputation at serious risk. Dunkin' Corporate needs to intervene immediately, or this location will continue to damage the brand. If this is how Dunkin' operates, I won’t be returning.

This place is a wreck. I try to give them The benefit of the doubt because the times that I have come, the lines have been long and I understand that when they’re busy, they’re trying to service everyone the best they can but today I came and there was no cars in the drive-through and the Hispanic lady, unfortunately because I’m Hispanic I have to mention that she was Hispanic because of the situation that happened. She was trying to take our order first asked us to wait. We waited then we started ordering and she literally was rushing and she cut us off before we finished with our order. I had to wait for someone else to come on again and it was another Hispanic lady and she was also rushing and rude. She started talking crap in Spanish as she was hanging up.
