Wingstop — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

I recently visited Wingstop, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I placed an order for a 6-piece original hot tender, and after waiting over an hour, I finally received my food. However, to my disappointment, the tenders were cold, and the fries were even colder. It was disheartening to receive food that was not only late but also not at the right temperature.

To make matters worse, I was given a 6-piece classic honey lemon instead of my original order. There were only three other customers in the restaurant, all with small orders, so I was surprised by the lengthy wait time.

Additionally, I noticed some concerning hygiene practices. One of the employees was making food while talking on the phone about non-work-related matters and, notably, was not wearing gloves. This lack of attention to food safety standards is alarming and unacceptable.

Overall, my experience at Wingstop was disappointing due to the cold food, long wait time, and questionable hygiene practices. I hope they can improve their service and food quality...

When the branch first opened they were great, but the order correctness and food quality is terrible. My delivery order yesterday 9/7, was terrible. 60 wings ordered, 30 of one flavor and 30 of another, hot and mild. All wings mixed. So dry they all tasted the same. Ordered extra seasoning on the fries, didn’t happen. $10.00 coupon was not accepted by the system 10/15/25 expiration date. Called the store, sorry nothing we can do unless you come to the store. This was a delivery order. This was the 2 nd terrible order out of the past 4 orders. Time to find a new wing...

I was excited to attend the grand opening of the new Wingstop, as it was listed on multiple websites. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find the place in complete disarray—boxes were stacked as high as my 6’4” self, making it clear that they were nowhere near ready to open.
