Thai Udon Cafe Logan Landings — Restaurant in Florida

Let me just say this was my first time ever going into this restaurant to simply pick up my order, it was the Logan’s Landing location. This feminine male employee with his eyebrows painted on and horrible veneer teeth that goes by the name of “Mew” decides he wants to give me an attitude and size me up and down for no reason what so ever! He was demanding me to pay as if I take orders from him what a joke ! I asked for a manager immediately and to my surprise she was standing right off to the side where she witness everything from when I walked in . She took over my transaction and I was told by her that she has no idea why he is acting this way and apologized on his behalf but also lied about his name when I asked for it, luckily it was on my checkout receipt. The service at this place is HORRIBLE not even the manager made me feel like she did anything to correct his actions, especially in a working environment that is so disgustingly unprofessional! I will never go to place again, they are definitely not the top Thai food restaurant in Naples at all. From San Francisco to Portland, Oregon, Vancouver, and as far north as Alaska back down to Ocala, Miami, and Naples. I can say I've eaten in a LOT of Thai restaurants. On top of that, in my pursuit to find my favorite one in Naples, I have literally tried every Thai restaurant this town has to offer. Hands down this is my favorite for the food and making your way to North Naples is worth the drive.

My favorite dish is the KHO SOI. The blend of the yellow curry doesn't need heat if you don't like it. The flavors are balanced. With fresh veggies, they give you additional texture against the backdrop of the soft rice noodles. I've had this with shrimp as well as Fried Tofu ... both are delicious. The topping of the friend noodles just brings the dish to an entirely different level.

Their HAMACHI KAMA, SHUMAI, SEAWEED SALAD and the house staple of SPRING ROLLS will complement any meal. The ambiance is ok, the staff are attentive, the food is delivered quickly. I would ask for a more extensive wine list to choose from but can confirm that is NOT the reason to avoid Thai...

I’ve gotten take out a few times from here and the food is fine, it’s just my closest Thai restaurant. But the last time I went in, the owner or manager refused to give me my takeout order that I already paid for unless I showed her what app I ordered from. I didn’t even have my phone on me, so I went all the way back to my car, quite a walk because there was no parking available so I had to park by the Mexican restaurant, I then come back to show her and she tells me that she received it though grub hub and I had ordered it from a different service (whatever the heck is available through google maps when you click order!) In the end she gave me my food but it was the biggest waste of 20 minutes of my life so much that I will drive the extra 10 min to go to the Thai place on airport and immokalee.
