Absolute worst service! Do not go here. Laural I think her name is was disgustingly rude. All the staff are rude but she's the worst At the drive through one person gets on and I politely asked her to give me a second. Then right after that another woman who was laural gets on and ask me what I want. I told her politely to give me a second then she proceeds to say, "I don't have a second". It took everything in my to just shush but I did. Then not even a minute later she gets back on asking me what I want and starts throwing random suggestions out there. I again told her to give me a moment I'm reading the menu on the board. Then I get to the window and they had only 2 flavor of munchkins. So ok fine but then they hand me overcooked loaded hash browns with burnt bacon. I asked the lady if I can get a new one without burnt bacon and Laural tells me that's how it comes. It's comes with crispy bacon like that. I told her no it doesn't. I've gotten this before at other dunkins and never has the bacon been black. So then she says, "well what do you want a refund because we don't have any other bacon it's going to take a long time to make new bacon." How long does it take to make new bacon??? . So I explained to her its ok I'll wait for it. So she tells me to park in the front and they will bring it out. Well I waited 20 mins. This lady Laural had gotten in her silver pick up and drive around the dunkin donuts in the drive through line like 7 times. At first I thought maybe she was testing the drive through speaker because it seems they couldn't hear anyone that well when they was speaking. But she would park, get out her truck, go back in, go back out, and drive back around. This is the she lady telling me she didn't have a minute to allow me to read the menu and figure out what I wanted. So now it's been like 25 30 mins, I pull out and get on the drive through right behind Laural doing her 8th lap and ask them where the replacement hashbrowns are. They had been ready sitting on the counter while Laural was going in and out you mean to tell me she couldn't bring them out? This isn't the first time I've had issues with this place being rude and telling me that their messed up food or drinks was how it was supposed to be made. Not only that but there is homeless people and young kids just hanging out inside and out the place just lingering. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Service all around is disgusting. The owner needs to replace the manager or supervisor who I believe is laural. They really need to reset the whole place and put better people in there.

They never answer the phone, they never have ice cream nor waffle cones even tho they have ads about it, they can make food just coffee most of the time and they are always cleaning their machines any time of the day. And they lucky that sometimes they have pints of ice cream. Thay are horrible and the staff is always too slow and talking among each other. They make you pull up and wait foryour order and today I had to get down cause my food was not even started so I went inn only to have a cashier tell me is no longer served but corporate hasn't remove it from the app since Sunday and it's Monday so they knew about never said anything while I was on the speaker drive thru , I asked for the refund next to me there's another customer waiting over 15 and another waiting a few which he got his food that it don't make sense how his waiting a few and got his food and the other waiting over 15 and hasn't gotten anything and mine has not even been started when it's been over 20 mn that I ordered it on the app but got my coffee on drive thru. I'm waiting and I'm getting irritated until I had to ask when is my good ready Im telling them that they were looking at my receipt the moment it printed and that they should had let me know while I was on the drive thru speaker I would had order something else while I had 4 cars ahead of me. It's their fault that this situation scaled it. I ask for my full refund and they were saying don't yell at me I'm talking to you loud because you guys knew that the food is discontinued no post is been put on the drive thru board nothing was said to me and corp didn't remove it from the app but still advertised even on the screen of the lobby. THE MANAGER AND OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE JUST TRYING TO COVER THEIR MISTAKES AND BLAME IT ON CORP THAT IT WAS JUST DECIDED ON SUNDAY BUT THEY FONT TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND ACCEPT THAT THEY KNEW AND SAW THAT IT WAS ON THE ORDER AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO WHILE I WAS ON THE SPEAKER. 20 MIN OR SI WASTED AT THIS LOCATION,A CUSTOMER THAT GOT IRRITATED FOR THEIR MISTAKE . IF I WANT A HOT COFFEE I GAVE TO FO THRU DRIVE THRU BECAUSE IF I GET DOWN I HAVE BEEN SKIPPED WAIT OVER 20-25 MIN EVERYONE THAT CANE IN AFTER ME GETS THEIR ORDER AND THEY PUSH THE DRIVE THRU AND THEY ONLY WANT TO MAKE COLD COFFE, SOMETIMES THIS LOCATION EITHER THEY ARE CLEANING THE MACHINE, THEIR ICE CREAM FREEZER IS BROKEN OR ITS MELTED , OR THEY FONT HAVE THINGS TO COOK. Today I visited this location for a cup of coffee as I do most mornings. I always get my coffee made the exact same way, medium hot w/caramel swirl, cream & sugar w/whipped cream on top. Besides today, I've experienced my coffee being made wrong just twice before.
I asked for my coffee to be made over because it wasn't sweet at all, in fact it was quite bitter. The girl in the window who's taking orders from her manager beside her whom I was told is named Giselle, refused to just take back the coffee and remake it, instead passed a heap sugar out of the window for me to sweeten it, but what about the caramel swirl and whipped cream topping??
They took the coffee from me, passed it back from the window as if they had done something different but it still tasted the same. After I left the window, I decided to go inside for a remake. There was no one at the counter so I walked right up and told the young lady who was standing there that I was from the drive- thru, then asked her to remake my coffee. She did without hesitation or any questions at all.
As I was standing there waiting for this nice young lady to remake my coffee, I overhear "Giselle" talking about me in the most negative and unprofessional way and tone. She didn't even realize she was talking about me, right in front of me. While she was talking I asked another employee if she was the manager? She said yes. I waited for her to finish then called her over to let her know that I had heard everything thing she has said and that I would be contacting corporate to inform them of her behavior. I didn't catch her name from her tag because it was hidden by her jacket. I called the store moments later to ask what is the name of the manager on duty, I was told Giselle.
It is their job as representatives of the Dunkin industry to ensure that all customers are treated with respect. They should always provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service AT ALL TIMES!! If I say "my coffee is not to my liking, I would like for it to be remade", then...
