By far my worst experience in my entire life at a Dunkin came from this store and the unorganized staff. Friendly staff and good customer service, just unable to complete their job. Walked inside with 1 person in line in front of me and about 3 cars in the drive through. No big deal right? Wrong. Long story short the staff was extremely unorganized causing them to stress out, miss people’s orders, service people out of turn, and overall causing a bad experience for a lot of people. After ordering, I ended up waiting for 45 minutes for my coffee. I know, that’s a long time, I was desperate for a coffee. Anyways, I asked 4 times for my iced coffee, about 6 people were served ahead of me that came in after me (not order pickup) before I ended up walking out without my coffee or a refund. I also ordered a frosted donut which I received almost immediately. While waiting for the coffee, I guess the icing melted and shocker, the donut was in the bag face down. Grabbed the donut from the bottom of the bag and legitimately ALL of the icing stuck to the bottom of the bag. Literally the icing on the cake for that Dunkin experience. Now I have to call corporate and request a refund prior to disputing the charge because I walked out after 45 minutes of waiting and simply could no longer wait for an iced...
Read moreThe food was horrible! I only got five hash browns in the bag and not only were they cold, but they smelt like dirty dishwater. The wrap that I got was ice cold on the inside and it had a weird smell as well. They might want to try washing things a little better because this was the nastiest experience I've had ever with a fast food chain and that's saying a lot. I've never gone to dunkin' donuts before and it's funny because this is the first time I've ever actually stopped there for breakfast and was completely appalled! The only thing that was good was the orange juice, but that's because it comes in a sealed bottle. Complete waste of $12! The food was inedible! I should stop back by after work and let them take a smell of it... I am very disappointed! I will not be going back and I'll make sure that everyone I know hears about this and avoids this restaurant! If it wasn't for the fact that I'm on my way to work, I would have turned around and took this back and let them know how disgusting it is. Read moreI ordered a large s’mores cold brew, and they wanted to hand me a medium to which I corrected them. Apparently the manager was the one taking orders and chose not to listen to my order, making her own assumptions. When I turned down the medium being handed to me, the blonde employee went to her and said I had ordered a large. The response was “no, she ordered a medium”. They had asked me to pull forward, but because of the major attitude I got, I only returned it and said that I would stay there. I can’t trust that they wouldn’t do anything to my order because of the manager’s extremely rude demeanor. Well, I was met by a threat “We have a timer we need to keep under. I can call my boss and have them leave their home to come over here and move you” please tell me you’re not seriously employing people like this… they used to be nice. The previous employees had my order down no questions asked when I arrived nearly daily, they were so wonderful.. and now this?!
