Dunkin Donuts 8/29/2021 0647am. I went to Dunkin Donuts at 647am, after working a 12Hr night shift as a nurse at the local Emergency Department. I arrived at the drive through to order munchkins and breakfast wake up wraps. The person at the speaker said she couldn't hear me. I expressed to her that my voice was hoarse, and I couldn't speak louder. I asked if I could order at the window, which was allowed. When I arrived at the window after ordering. I was on the phone with my husband, I was telling him I forgot to order wake wraps for our boys. The cashier wasn't making eye contact, and there was a line of cars behind me so I did not feel that I should order anything more at the window. She seemed annoyed that I was on the phone, and I heard someone say, " Oh I can hear her just fine, and she's on the phone" I was confused by that, and as I started to drive away, she yelled, " move on, next customer please". I went inside to order the wake wraps, and there was someone waiting with her hands crossed, and I proceeded to ask her why it was necessary to be rude to me? her response was, " well you can speak now and I can hear you fine" I tried to explain that when speaking in the speaker, I couldn't speak any louder, and this is my same voice. I was very upset with the way she spoke to me. I asked if I could order the wraps, and she said, " I am not serving you here" I pleaded and asked why she wasn't serving me, and she repeated , " I am not serving you, goodbye" I grabbed my wallet and walked out. I was very upset, but Is this behavior acceptable at Dunkin Donuts? Again, I was never given a reason why she refused to serve me. Dunkin Donuts is a staple in millions of households across the country and internationally. We should support each other as human beings in a fragile time. during this pandemic. I will not return to Dunkin Donuts if this is the way Dunkin operates their...
Read more75% of the time, our visits to this Duncan are great. The food is always fresh and they’ve never made any mix ups with our order. The young girl with glasses that runs the drive thru has amazing energy and positive. This visit was a very different experience, due to Gina the very miserable woman at the register and face of Duncan as you walk in. First she yelled at my three kids and I as we walked through the front entrance yelling “what’s your order!”. (Now normally we would go through the drive thru because it’s more convenient, but the drive thru has been having issues with the speaker system and they’ve resulted in ordering at the window, getting the order to the vehicle and then next vehicle orders at window, so it isn’t as convenient now and takes too long.) My kids were looking at the bottles on the shelf. Holding them and checking them out. I was contemplating whether or not I was going to purchase them for them. Gina yelled are you going to buy those, I replied “no I don’t think so not today.” Gina yelled “then give them to me!” Gina then proceeded to aggressively snatch the water bottles out of my well behaved children’s hands and put them back on the shelf. I did not combat with her actions as I try to avoid conflicts in public in front of my children. So I took a deep breath and finished making my order which Gina abandoned to aggressively snatch bottles out of children’s hands. I’m writing this not because this store isn’t good but I believe people should be aware of the woman “Gina” who works there as her anger can or may or will be taken out on others. I’m not sure how she is with the employees she works with but if this woman is in any type of leadership position I would seriously reconsider her for the position due to her unpredictable, aggressive non self control or...
Read moreMy experience yesterday was horrible. I feel bad for the staff but the manager Jeanna/Gina was extremely rude. I am victim of Hurricane Ian and was looking a little moment of happiness with some coffee after everything we have gone through and that is not what happened. That woman was disrespectful, rude, and scary. Their system was down and the app was not functioning properly and instead of helping me with it she got frustrated and was rude to me and proceeded to help the next customer. She even yelled at me, in front of everyone, that I had no money, even though my total amount was $8 and my app had $13 plus a free drink reward. I never yelled at her. Yet, she was very mean to me while I was in line and when I told her I would be leaving a review about her poor costumer service, she followed me outside the store and threatened me. I was fearful and felt unsafe the moment she raised her hands at me. Im sure there are cameras inside and outside of the store that can display exactly what I went through. This was embarrassing, humiliating, and heartbreaking, especially in these times. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else and I hope that Dunkin can find someway to make this up to me because this is not ok and I love Dunkin, but that is not the type of service you want representing...
