I just went through the drive true and for the first time I had a super bad experience with the manager Geremi (he told me that name because he didn't have a badge that identifies him). I asked him if they continued with the free doughnuts on Wednesdays and he didn't know or understand me because he doesn't speak English. I tried to explain to him and he didn't even understand what it was like to be a member of Dunkin'. He called someone else and he didn't understand either. He gave me the Doughnut and charged me, I told him I didn't want it and he told me he couldn't return my money because I paid with my DD app. He finally got returned the money to my bank card. I told my children and they told me that the same thing happened with them and their friends because that boy doesn't speak or understand English, nor the products that the store offers. The service is usually great (sometimes a little off, like the day they gave me a single bread-slice sandwich, but it was good and im not picky) but today they were charging for products they didnt have available (i was not the only one with the issue), when asked what substitutions they could offer for the products they didnt have I got snide remarks from a woman young enough to be my daughter so for her safety I requested a manager (cuz Id rather not warm up the bitchslapper before I get my caffeine) and the manager was nice enough to issue a refund for the missing item (all the while the angry child making remarks in the background)....lord there aint enough redbull to make me talk to that kid again. Read moreI probably visit here about 3 times a week. Probably shouldn’t admit to that, but it’s the truth. I manage a restaurant, so I know the challenges people in the industry face. Rude people, long hours, and not much appreciation. Navy and her crew are always busy. Yet they are always very pleasant. Navy has been at several locations that I have visited. Wherever she goes, her crew is great. She moves, the old store she had, it just isn’t the same. Navy obviously understands team building and takes care of her customers. This coming from someone who has been in the restaurant business for almost 30 years…I hope this company understands the asset they have in Navy. If not, I’m this market, someone else will. Thanks...
