I posted this review on Yelp and decided that I should post it here too because it was a horrific experience!!!! First off, I want to start by saying that I'm a Dunkin fanatic. I love Dunkin so much, I go multiple times a week and even have the app!!!! I haven't visited this location that often, but when I do, I tend to find myself here later in the day, the crew is usually always wonderful and I never really find myself having a problem. But this most recent visit was the worst thing ever! I went in to get my typical order and the man who served me was just awful! The worst experience I ever had while getting Dunkin!!! I came in to get a snack, but right away my appetite was lost. The man who was taking my order (Hunter), smelt like wet dirty laundry and it wanted to make me gag, scratch that, i wanted to throw myself off a bridge that's how bad he stank! This worker needs to learn basic personal hygiene. How hard is it to take a shower before work and to put on some deodorant??? Not only that, but it seemed to me that he wasn't doing his job either because right after he took my order he pulled his phone out and started playing Youtube or something. I felt bad for the other worker because they were doing everything. Dunkin, you never fail me but this time you did, I'm very dissatisfied with my visit and hope you can do something about your worker Hunter, because that was just an awful experience and makes me not want to return...
Read moreThis Dunkin' Donuts has a great morning team. The individuals that do the morning shift absolutely on point know exactly how to handle a huge rush, with extremely good customer service. Example it was my fault because I forgot to tell them to put cream cheese on something and it went inside and just said can I get the sandwich remained with cream cheese and I'll pay for it said no problem and when I was ready to be rung up she simply said , with a smile . Enjoy your morning sir, thank you for being patient and for coming to Dunkin' Donuts, and I said so you don't want me to pay for it even though it's my fault and she was like no we appreciate your business, and asked me if there's anything else you could do. Put it this way after that I've been going to the Dunkin Donuts every morning in mid-morning so to speak. I'll go to known other Dunkin Donuts except that one because the customer service is above and beyond an embodiment of Dunkin' Donuts. I mean it was my fault because I don't think that they heard when I said that put to erase any of that she just made her very simple and just said have a good day. The best thing behind it is that a customer that was spending his $15 every morning somewhere else is now spending at their location. And it's all because of customer service and the attitude of people that work there that's how what's the little things count. As opposed to other places where they want your DNA just to fix...
Read moreI am leaving this review more so for management to be aware of this situation that I encountered. On August 28, 2023, 8:44pm, I submitted an order through the Dunkin app for a $15 order of donuts and munchkins. I was at the store at 8:50pm. Even though the store claimed to close at 9pm, when I got to the drive thru speaker, the store was already closed. I drove up to the window and waited until the staff could not knowingly ignore me anymore. Finally acknowledged, they said that they were already closed and had thrown away all the donuts and I would need to cancel my order. Now Dunkin Donuts did handle my return via the app really easily. And the staff, once they talked to me, were very nice. And when I go up there on any other occasion the staff is really nice. It's this time being that the point of the matter is when you say you close at 9pm, then you're open till 9pm. Or if it is normal procedure to close the store 15 minutes before disclosed closing times then I only ask that when submitting online/app orders, that the cutoff time is correlated that way people and myself do not have any...
