Original Word of Mouth - Englewood — Restaurant in Florida

This is a cute little spot, my friend has been here a few times, but it was my first. I was a little confused as to what style of cuisine they were going for with all the different options, which I found to be a little overwhelming. Nonetheless, I chose a 3 egg Tex Mex scramble, it was very good home fries ok a little less flavor but when eaten with the eggs it was irrelevant. The guacamole sauce was delicious and added a great touch to the dish. Not too expensive, coffee was ehh and the water didn't taste like it came from dirty well, so that's a plus. My only complaint is that the place was more than half empty and for whatever reason the waitress (very polite) felt the need to give us the check 10 minutes into our visit, umm "saying no rush" after handing patrons the bill doesn't make them feel any less rushed...In the world of food nothing says get the hell out better than sliding the bill on the table...but that's...

There is a problem with service in this restaurant depending on your server. My first time at this restaurant was great, the next time my server delayed coming to table to take order, delayed serving food when was ready, wouldn’t check on me and my wife after food was served.

People that came after us were greeted and served before we were served & checked on and we weren’t. It was obvious she had a problem with us and wouldn’t say. It was very disrespectful and unacceptable.

This restaurant sucks and so does the owner. She could care less about customer service and doesn’t believe anything anyone says.

For this reason I will never return or recommend this restaurant to anyone because of how uncomfortable, disappointing and horrible my last...

the food was delicious. We asked for the frittata no cheese. It wasn’t consumable because she can’t eat cheese. Still looks like cheese was mixed into it.. we asked if we can have it remade then the server took it and it got passed around the whole business and handed back to us saying there was no cheese in it. It wasn’t eaten or anything we asked for it to be removed from check and they said they will only take %50 off the entree.. the server christy was AMAZING and patient. Me and my family will never go here again. We were dishonored and disrespected and not valued as a customer. We were not heard and cared for.
