I don't normally come onto review sites to complain. But I feel like this should be addressed. I personally didnt have an issue with anything but another customer came in during my visit to complain that they keep getting his order wrong and while yes he was unnecessarily rude to the staff, I wasn't impressed with how the staff behaved towards him and after he left. The manager of this location should really let the kids working here know that to loudly complain and make fun of upset and rude customers within earshot of their other patrons is extremely unprofessional and unbecoming. I've been there and done that myself, was a restaraunt hostess for 5 years, so I get it and I feel for them, that gentleman was rude and annoying even to me and to eat half his bagel and then complain is pretty ridiculous, I know. But the attitude they took with him while he was here did nothing to de-escalate the situation and while some people who have restaraunt experience like myself may not mind so much, others, particularly older folks, might find the loud cursing and complaining they did after he left to be an issue. Also your location has no music playing like other places so they may not realize how much all their voices carry. While yes, your drive thru is on a timer and therefore takes priority, even in fast food there is still a level of professionality that should be maintained when working in food establishments. If I or my coworkers had behaved that way during a shift at the various places I've worked, we would've been written up. Please educate your staff on this so they can avoid more customer complaints in the future and learn to de-escalate when they have a situation like this...

This morning I went after taking my girlfriend for labs. She's pregnant and was fasting so I thought hey this dunkkn is on her way to work let me get her some dunking doughnuts. I had stopped coming here for a while because it never failed that the got the order wrong. I always made large orders for 5 so I thought the issue is the large orders. Well I was wrong, today I only order for my girlfriend I didn't eat because I'm doing intermittent fasting. So I thought they won't mess up one order and guess what they did. I asked for a bacon sausage egg on a croissant no cheese hashbrowns and a small hot coffee with regular sugar and cream. When I pulled up to the window I already knew it was gonna be off when the person was giving me a iced coffee. After waiting at the parking spot the person comes out and brings me the order. I told my girlfriend check just in case and what do you know cheese. I'll be honest I do try to understand that you know maybe they are short staffed or something but this is annoying. Never fails they get the order incorrect. If possible try to avoid this location the one going down 52 isn't bad nor the one on 19 atleast in my experience.    Read moreNot very happy again today with this location...there are several reasons why I may change locations or stop going to Dunkin Donuts. Today when I placed my order was not given a total as usual so that I could have my money ready at the window, not my fault. So when I went to the window cashier not happy that I wasn't ready. While I was paying all of the employees were discussing something that happened with one of the male employees including the manager. When I was given my order it was not correct and when I said something once again the next employee now at the window was not happy. Well if everyone would have been doing their job and not so engaged in the convo with the Manager about another employee maybe they would have gotten it correct. Very unprofessional...first there should be customer service and the employees should be engaged with the customer...secondly Managers should not be talking about other employees with their employees.
