Ordered food from here with some donuts. We received everything but one item and tried letting them know. So instead of taking us at the window (we didn’t leave let) they said we had to drive back around and order it again. Tried saying that we already ordered it and are just trying to get the last item on the receipt. They said they didn’t have the item on their screen and we never ordered it even though we literally had the item printed on the receipt they gave us. They didn’t even ask to see the receipt. Just kept saying they never saw the order on the screens. So instead of going back and forth we ended up just paying for another one.

When we went in yesterday, there was a sign up that they're no longer allowed to accept $50.00 or $100.00 bills. My mom only had a $50.00, and I barely ever carry cash, so we were stuck. Before either one of us even thought of using a credit card (it's entirely possible that we share 1 brain between us), Isaiah to the rescue! Isaiah is SO kind and generous!    Read more4/11/24 at 715am I went thru the drive thru to get breakfast. The girl handed me my coffee she had the coffee in hand by the top.. she dropped a very hot cup of coffee all over my hand. The girls inside did absolutely nothing. The manager said I squeezed the cup.. but the girl who gave me my coffee still had the cup. I didn't squeeze the cup the top was not put on properly. THE MANAGER TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK TO THE STORE. SHE DID NOTHING FOR ME AS MY HAND WAS SCOLDED FROM A VERY HOT CUP OF COFFEE.... ZERO STARS..
