Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I have always went here for the last 5 years and always gotten outstanding service. It was always very much appreciated and for the past 2 years I have always tipped 2 employees a $100.00 each at Christmas time to show my appreciation. However the last 3 months I now stand in line for 20 - 30 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. Several times the bottom of the cup is full of coffee grounds, which I found out after taking a mouthfull of coffee in. So much confusion going on amongst the employees, to the point where I watched one girl literally throw the food onto the counter. I have been late for work several times, because some how my order for a cup of coffee was skipped over. On one occasion I had to leave without the coffee even though I had paid for it. WTH ??? Management needs to straighten this out. You don't just walk away from the counter and stop doing everything because you are frustrated. I guess it's time to find a new DD location for my business. This review is for the Dunkin portion only. The people that work at the gas station part are normally pretty awesome. The workers at the Dunkin’ Donuts are getting worse and worse by the day. One of the workers was literally wrapped in a blanket behind the cash register a few weeks ago. They consistently mess up orders, they’re normally talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers, and they’re just downright lazy sometimes. It’s not all of them, but it’s consistently getting worse. When I ordered a dozen assorted donuts, the young lady turned around and gave me four different donuts, three of each. All of the donuts were with an arms reach instead of asking what variety I would like.She looked like she just woke up and she was not happy to be there. I loved going to this particular Dunkin Donuts since it's in proximity. Whether I'm an employee, or customer the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Hot or iced coffees are always on point, and if they aren't up your expectations staff are always willing to do what they can to make it right and delicious every time. Management is phenomenal when it comes to taking care of customer complaints, and if an order is made wrong then we make it right. Morning rush can get hectic for customers who want coffees and donuts to start their morning, but each employee makes that extra effort to ensure orders are accurate, drinks are made promptly, and that the customers leave with a...
