I wish I could give this place no stars for the customer service that is being given the lady Kayla that works there is very rude she threw my food at me through the window the 1st time I went there 2nd time she's very rude on the monitor takes her time on her smoke breaks also cuss me and my husband out She proceeded to call me out my car to come inside The Dunkin donuts so she could put her hands on me I'm not a scary person so I walked in there to see what she was about she spit on my face and spit on many customers including your employees I went there today to apologize to your employees from my actions but I truly believe me being a accompany owner I would never deal with customer service like that Then when I came in there this morning some other lady had told me and described her to a team that the same lady treats her the same way and that she's not coming there when she's not on shift. I was even there one time and she was on the phone and did not take no orders I watched 5 cars go through the drive thru that day because she was busy on the phone. I live around the corner from that Dunkin' donuts everybody in your staff besides that 1 lady is very disrespectful I never would want anybody to lose her job but maybe she should find another job that makes her more happy and less of an attitude for her to be disrespectful to us customers that make ...

Recently ordered through Uber eats: Dozen donuts Assorted donut holes Sausage/egg sandwich Frozen drink

What I received was: Frozen drink Some iced pineapple drink (order was 3001 not 3007) Sausage/egg sandwich ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I discussed the issue with the delivery driver and then called the Dunkin' location.. Let me tell you... Real quick to blame "third party" and I need to take up the issue with them, and then challenge me that I am contacting the right location.

Because the phone number I called attached to the sealed Dunkin' Bag with my name and order receipt on the outside is the fault of the delivery driver... I tried explaining they (Dunkin') mixed the order (within the sealed bag) so they could fix the other order 3001 but she wasn't hearing it. I will never order online from here again, I wasn't upset until that phone call ended.

I found it comedic I get donuts for delivery and get anything but that (until I spoke to the female at this location)... Imagine the look on my wife and kids faces when the only food we received was my sandwich.... 😅☠️

The 1 star that should be zero can represent the sandwich, it was perfect. Neither liked the strawberry frozen drink because it wasn't sweet (bad batch of strawberries?) And no one liked the "free"...

I've been a Dunkin faithful for 30 YEARS!! That said, it's frustrating and sad to see how poor the service is and has been in recent years! I would visit 4 times a day religiously for years now rarely go at all! Wanted to try and reconnect with the coffee that I crave and love only to be reminded why I stopped! Can't begin to tell you how many times I've come well before closing to find locked doors with employees that act as if you were invisible or that they are blind! No acknowledgement whatsoever! Not even a"sorry we're closed"! After a wasted trip, the gas wasted to bring business to a place of business that advertises hours that are just not followed by rude and piss poor employees! Never in a million years would I have thought I would grow to have such a disappointing and ill outlook on A place I've spent most of my life being a loyal customer and the amount of money spent over so many years to now a place I feel I can't stand and question wether I want to even attempt a visit and the sad thought that I may never again!...
