On the app it was bogo free sub for the location I selected but it didn’t give me the price and it automatically charged me. I kept calling to cancel I called about 6 times no one answered I literally had to drive to tell them to cancel my order but when I got there the lady didn’t know how to do it I had to write down my name and number because the owner would not let their number be given out for people to call them so I didn’t get my food nor even get my refund so I am sitting here waiting hoping I get my $25 I am not the only one there were lists of names and numbers on cookie paper of other people who tried to cancel their order but couldn’t because she didn’t know how too so I better get my money back and for the owner to tell their employees that if they give out their number they are fired is unprofessional. I then left. Ended up at this subway and immediately walking through the doors I was greeted by an employee with a smile on her face. The young male employee who is actually on duty now is a rude, and from what I can tell unproductive employee as NOTHING is ever available when he is on duty. Case in point Saturday morning 10am doors are all locked!! He comes to door and says we have NO BREAD!! COME BACK IN ONE HOUR!!! NOT this is what we have available and it does not take one hour for bread!! I finally confronted this guy, and asked why is it everytime I come here, every time? I can not be served?
