I don't understand how someone work's at a place that serves coffee all day and they can't get a coffee right? This store is closer to my house and on the way to work but It's been horrible the last 6-8 times so for now on I will definitely just go out of my way to hit the one on back beach or just grab a coffee from a gas station Today I got a vanilla ice coffee with a expresso shot..I get to work ,ready to have my coffee to get my morning started and one sip later it's in the trash. Tasted like it was just pure creamer ..not one hint of coffee. I should of known by how white the coffee was that it wasn't right but of course I was in a hurry ...but it would of been pointless to ask to get it replaced because I did that last time and the employee acted like I was being over dramatic and being an inconvenience to her. Just one time could they get it right? I think I'm more pissed that I bought my coworker one (a large) and it as well got tossed out . I don't understand why this is a problem? You advertise your coffee, it's your brand and no one there can make coffee. What's even worse is they have a tip jar..I respect everyone in the restaurant business and I always tip and I tip everytime there ,even after I get awful coffee the time before..but it doesn't do anything to encourage them to do a better job. Anywho, I posted the photo of my coffee in the photo section. Yes, I should of known just by the color of the coffee it was not made right and shame on me for going back and spending money after them burning me...
Read moreI recently visited Dunkin' Donuts on Thomas Drive and encountered an exceptionally rude manager. Although I personally did not have a confrontation with her, I observed her sharply issuing orders to her staff. She was excessively strict about not accepting Apple Pay, insisting that customers stretch over the drive through window to tap their phone on the payment system. Despite the window attendant being very friendly, the manager sternly instructed her not to bring the Apple Pay reader closer to me. Instead, she insisted that I get out of my car and reach over to their window to tap my phone on their payment system, which is entirely unsafe. It was evident she provided a negative atmosphere, as well as I was sitting at the window. Everyone was grouped together, voicing their opinions, and being extremely negative. I will be reaching out to Apple to let them know that this form of payment is an inconvenience to Dunkin’ Donuts. as a business owner myself, I highly recommend performance counseling for this manager, as well as someone who can build a team up instead of verbally...
Read moreEvery few months I attempt to go here to remind myself of why I never go here. It's close, it's convenient so why not give it another shot? Except, the food is poor and the service is a wreck. I always see lines and wonder if they turned things around but it's actually because this location is incapable of handling more than one or two drive through customers at a time. Next to no one goes inside a DD, so that is no excuse. On my recent visit I found myself wondering if I was actually at fault for wasting 10 minutes of my day waiting for someone to take my order or if it was in fact Dunkin's failure to sell their products in a timely manner. I really wish franchises like this would leave and free up space for businesses that actually care about serving customers. It takes a lot to drive me to post a negative review so congratulations Dunkin Donuts on Thomas Drive for being such a horrible...
