Yet another update but a bad one. There is an item on every dunkin menu called an energy cold brew. Its a cold brew with a shot. The owner of this location decided to take the "energy" button off the menu which made the cold brew with a shot $8 for a large. All because the energy button went away. Jenna, the most amazing manager would adjust the price due to it being an actual dunkin item. I have ordered this coffee every single day for 3 years now but refuse to pay $8 because the energy button went away. Sad to say this shitty owner who gives zero shits about their customers actually yelled at Jenna for trying to make the customers happy by giving them the item on the menu of their choice. Good thing there is another dunkin 2 min away that actually has the energy button on the menu so my coffee is $5 vs $8. I will be contacting this regional because this is ridiculous.

Wanted to update my review now thay things have changed for the better! This is an amazing location now. Maybe it was growing pains in the beginning. They all know me as I drive up and know my order before I order it. They have gotten amazing at service and I come back every morning now. Thank you for making the great changes!

I order my coffee the same way every single morning. Iced, 2 cream, 3 splenda. Simple right? o was so excited about this location being so close to home and they have been the best until recently. In the past week, its been made wrong 3 times. Not to mention the giant piece of plastic I bit down on in the middle of the breakfast bagel I was eating. Well today Ive had enough of not saying anything and I turn around to get me coffee remade. It had a ton of sugar in it and almost white with so much cream. I asked him to remake the coffee with 2 cream 3 splenda and he tells me "fine but I mae it right". I told him he made it with sugar because I was crunching on it after each sip. Then he rudely sets this remade coffee down and says "here". It was clear it was wrong again because the two coffees were COMPLETELY different in color. I tasted it, and no splenda. No sweetener at all. So I just left and told my husband we will never go to that location again just because of this guy who was so rude. Such a shame because I loved everyone that I saw...

DO NOT expect your order to be correct. I am a regular at this store, but for the last week I have had 3 incorrect orders, one being 2 Coffee’s with cream and sugar but both coffees were made with NO cream and NO sugars. This happened 3 days in a row when I placed an order on my way to work. This location has gone WAY downhill, and cannot give you a correct order no matter what.

There were at least 7-8 employees standing around not working when I went into the store to ask to have the coffees I ordered made correctly, but once I got the coffees I realized they were still NOT made correctly. I had to go back into the store a second time for 2 coffees to be made correctly (same amount of cream and sugar in both coffees, neither was made correctly).

Additionally, the employee gave me someone else’s food order rather than what I ordered (2 wake-up wraps). However, the second time I went into the store to correct my order, the employee gave me a huge attitude, although my order was very simple - 2 coffees with cream and sugar and 2 wake up wraps - and with the number of cream and sugars PRINTED ON THE LABEL ON MY COFFEE CUP, the coffees were still made with NO CREAM OR SUGAR for a 2nd time.

This was a great location when they first opened, but now I would recommend the Dunkin Donuts on Bartram Market Drive.

I would suggest if you do go to the location on Race Track Road to double check everything you ordered, because its almost a 100% chance that your order is incorrect.

Ive come to this location pretty often and tried to give it a couple chances but this location is truly terrible. Ive had many issues with this location but will talk about the most absurd interaction. I had some extra time before work and decided to get myself a drink. The drink I usually get is a mango pineapple refresher with lemonade, but with that drink you have the option to make it with green tea. Once they handed me the drink i resumed my drive to work but noticed it was made with green tea, so I decided to turn around and get it remade with lemonade. The manager had come to the window to confirm that my drink was supposed to be made with lemonade, handed me my new drink, and walked away. Because I was talking to the manager, I assumed that it was fine for me to drive away with the drink before trying it. When I did take a sip I realized that it was made with green tea AGAIN. Ive had many issues with the staff before regarding them forgetting items, making them wrong, or just sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes right after putting in my order. You're better off going to the location on longleaf than wasting...
