Sadly, I have to change my review... I have been going here several times a week since they opened in Sept. Love my Dutch Bros drink...have had very nice employees, a few mix ups on their point system, but seemed to have got it figured out. Tonight, I ordered my drink the way I was told to, when my holiday drink was no longer there...sadly, the girl just argued and said I could not order it that way, when I asked for a mgr, she was it...I asked to please have a mgr over her call me, and I gave her my number, she disappeared, didn't make the drink (after I had paid) left me hanging for 10 mins. til I finally asked another to make my drink...?? Very disappointed the way she handled the whole thing...JS :( Hoping to get my call...
UPDATE: LOCAL mgr. Never called me. However, when I contacted Corp. they called me almost immediately, to address the issue, in fact I heard from 3 different DB people that were AWESOME!!! LOVE my DB drink and I go way too often...! Lol I will say, I never did hear from the "local" Pensacola mgr. (as corp. said I would) and it seems they could still use some improvement in that area, and also training of the "leads" (shift supers).
DB CORP. was amazing, all 3 of them that called, including the regional mgr....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThank goodness i live near by because i only dove 1 hour to get here to realize it hasnāt been built yet. I did have the privilege to lick the the dirt it was being built on though and that in itself was worth it.
Update: this place lives up to the hype. The coffee is amazing and the service and energy here is welcoming and exciting. The staff is super friendly and welcoming while the vibe is energetic. There is a line at both the drive through and the pick up window that extends down the road. Staff still walk around happily taking orders and drink delivery is still speedy.
Potentially boring backstory- Pensacola is very lucky to be chosen as a location for this dutch bros that has been reserved for the west coast. My brother from Portland wanted me try it so bad and i missed it while i was up there so i was super surprised when i saw it being built here. I just hope we can get some more places like this in Pensacola and not more car washes and storage units š
Thanks Dutch Bros for...

The food options are VERY limited, so definitely don't come here if you want a quick breakfast option to-go. I have a Keurig. They come with pods. I get 12 for $5. I'm still surprised that cafe's haven't become obsolete like movie theaters. They do have sugar free options. The salted caramel protein latte was OK. I think if I try something else, I would try a regular drink with real milk and real sugar, as the aftertaste on the healthy-schmealthy was a bit much. Service was very good. Management trained staff well. I hope this post doesn't sound like I'm hating, it's just that people made such a big deal about this place, that I've never heard of before, coming to town, it's just that we have really good local, non-chain shops that have in my opinion, drinks equal to or better...
