This has to be the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant ever. My family and I walked in to enjoy a nice dinner together. As I am ordering our food I notice the line cook (JAKE) grabbing and adjusting his private parts, not only in front of my wife and daughter but also making remarks about it too the female line cook. Also he was wearing his gloves that he was making sandwiches with. I also observed him touching a ladies sandwich after he adjusted himself and he was still wearing the same gloves. I asked the cashier politely if she would make him change gloves before he touched anyone else's food. He got an attitude and started being very rude to me and making smart comments to the employees about me. He changed his gloves and then asked the manager "So can I touch the sandwich or will I have to change gloves again." He was being a smart @ss. If this is how the employees are trained to treat customers then my family will never go back to any firehouse subs again.
Ps. If Jake is working when you go in to eat, keep an eye...
Read moreThe Club and H&L just can't be beat anywhere. Not even at Firehouse. I've tried entire menu and the only thing that come remotely close is the Smokehouse Brisket, but unfortunately it does not travel well. Bread sogs out pretty quickly. Service is pretty good, people are friendly and always greet "Welcome to Firehouse!", altho I think this location has too many peeps working, they're tripping over themselves. 6 people on the line is too many. I dont want that many hands on my food. The location is small and the table setup is awkward. Hard to walk thru the restaurant and avoid tables of people or stands of chips. There is no room for a queue of people waiting to order. It's just constant "excuse me". Also please don't hit me up at the register to round up my total AND tip. And there's a separate tip jar? ...

I rather put up the post so be careful what you all get from there. Very disappointed cost $50 and I threw it...
