It’s crazy to even leave a one star review but after the experience I just witness from the 3 barista’s.. I had to let others know that you will be judged based on your coffee order. I order a latte with 3 different flavors into it on Friday August 15th at around 8:35am. It’s kind of like an almond joy flavor with coconut, mocha and hazelnut. They don’t offer speciality coffees like your ma and pop store so I have to create it myself. I walked in right before my drink was done and I just saw the girls laughing and point at my order. I could tell it was my order as I could see the ticket. The barista making my drink points down at the ticket and says “this is something that would give someone an aneurysm!” While the other one said “we should send this to so & so and see what he thinks” just laughing and laughing. Laughing so hard she couldn’t even get my name out of her mouth and hunched over to give me my order. It’s a crazy concept of laughing at what someone’s order is actually fair fetched, but these girls know and must love to judge any and all clientele. Give your money to a ma and pop store that offers fun and creative drinks that you won’t...

After my experience today in Ponte Vedra, I will no longer return. Not only was my customer experience poor so was my coffee. Granted, it was busy; however, spending 25$ on coffee pastries and a tip. I could have at least received my correct order. My coffee tasted like hot milk, and my fiance said his coffee tasted like peppermint oil - we didn't make it 10 minutes down the road before throwing the coffee away. I also felt it was inconsiderate not to offer someone a bag or a cup holder with an order as large as mine, yet you offer someone behind me a cup holder for one coffee? Honestly, I want my money back.

I agree with the last 1 star reviewer on this platform. The staff here is seriously rude and unapproachable. My friend brought me in for a coffee since I am visiting out of town. I can assure you I have never felt this way at a shop back home in Cincinnati. You walk in and the vibe is already a 0/10. It’s stagnant and stale. The guests were smiling and welcoming towards us and the baby (not even 6 months) we were holding as well as a small child. The workers on the other hand? Glaring, scowling, and completely inconsiderate when we went to order. One of the workers looked at my friend when her baby let out a squeak with such hatred that it was disgusting. You should be ashamed of the environment you are fostering here. It’s unwelcoming. Oh and the coffee? 3/10 expensive overpriced cream and sugar....
