First impressions we weren’t sure what to make of this location, but we’ve read some decent reviews and have been meaning to try it. It’s a smaller place, maybe seats about 40. The problem we encountered was ordering. The menu states when ordering 30 wings, for example you get to choose 1-3 flavors. However you cannot use 2 flavors on one batch (of 10), or even the entire order. You MUST have them separate or get it as a side that you will be charged for. Communication wasn’t exactly clear. So fyi, you cannot have garlic parm and hot together, for example. You would have to have garlic parm, then buy a side of hot or get an order of garlic parm and an order of plain and pay for a side of hot. We travel often and eat out often…this one I don’t get. Everyone will operate their restaurant as they see fit, but be clear early on as to that detail because the menu lends itself for confusion. Otherwise, they close on the earlier side for a wing restaurant 8pm is closing time, closed Sundays and Mondays. Location was clean. There is a fair amount of other menu items if you’re not here for the wings. The wings..7/10. Lemon pepper was better than I’ve had at other wing spots. Garlic parm wings were def loaded with sauce, with the consistency being on the creamier side. All in all the wings are above average but not my top choice. I would return and try other flavors. The wings were great. But the customer service however, is horrible. So bad that despite the great wings, they have lost my business after only my 1st visit. I called to place a phone order, and the woman on the phone did not have a customer service tone of voice. She sounded as if me calling to place an order was an inconvenience to her. I get there after placing my order ahead of time and I see the lady I was on the phone with. I ordered 15 wings and everything was ok. When i get to my car i notice that id only gotten 1 small ranch for my order of 15 wings. Im thinking ok let ne go back inside and ask for another and surely it'll be no issue. WRONG! I go back inside and i ask politely, excuse me maam, i ordered 15 wings...can i have another ranch? She comps an attitude and says it only comes with one and that id have to purchase another one. Not only did i spend $17 for 15 wings and curly fries, but apparently thats not enough money to receive 2 ranch dressings. On top of that you have an attitude?? Never again! Wouldn't...
