Hardee’s — Restaurant in Florida

Breakfast is served on the weekend until 12 noon. The atmosphere is totally different from McDonald’s and Burger King. It’s an older customer base that works well for me. Especially, on this occasion. I took my 2 grandsons for a late breakfast and we dined in. Surrounded by seniors and another parent with 2 children. We finished our meal and departed. I decided to take my grandsons to the park downtown. As we were parking I looked for my bag and I didn’t have. I’d actually left it at Hardee’s in the booth were we dined at. I panicked and started my drive back to the restaurant but in the meantime I called. I spoke with Diana who also happened to be the person who took our order earlier. I told her I left my bag(purse). She calmly asked questions to determine where we dined in and located my bag exactly where I left it. Mind you we had left at least 20 minutes ago and my bag was still in the exact same place untouched. Diana had me to describe my bag and secured behind the counter for me to pick up. I arrived advising the clerk I’m here for my bag and she turned and told Diana and Diana handed me my bag without a problem. I’m a small business owner and I truly can appreciate the care and respect I received in locating my bag (purse). I had checks written out to my business, money orders that were blank, cash and credit cards. Not to mention my drivers license and other important identification information and my wallet in this bag. I’m so grateful to have it returned, untouched. The atmosphere is totally different. It’s not rushed or full of rudeness. Best of all no one even noticed my bag in the booth. Thank you Diana for your service to me. I definitely have angels watching over...

Pork chop biscuit with gravy at breakfast are ridiculously good. The Hardee's on Palm Beach Boulevard in Fort Myers is the last one in Lee County. The owner has been here for a long time , and keeps the place going with great food and pleasant service.

I come back because of the unique foods that you can only find here, like the pork chop biscuits with gravy, in the morning, or regular biscuits and gravy almost like my grandma used to make. They also have fabulous cinnamon biscuits. Yum ! Of course that's in addition to all the regular breakfast biscuits that you'd expected any fast food restaurant. The biscuits are fabulous!

In the evening, I usually try to get the chicken strips. They call them chicken tenders and they are just that ... tender and delicious. The ads say they are hand breaded and I don't doubt it. The coating is not so sick it makes you sick, it's just good and crispy and delicious.

Tonight, though, I came in and noticed that they have the new Baby Back Rib Thick burgers then I saw on Shark Tank. I just had to try one! The baby back ribs were invented by some guy who figured out how to take the bones out of baby back ribs and he made a deal with Hardee's to put them on their hamburgers. Let me tell you that's a great idea !

In addition to the Burger and the ribs there's a good spicy sweet barbecue sauce and a whole bunch of crispy onion straws. It's a bit more than any human being should ever eat at one meal, but then who's...

Hightly disappointed. My bacon stripe are usually bigger and when I asked if this is normal the employee said yes....

Then a lady came over to me and said that if I wanted the hash browns crispy all I need to do was ask and that the bacon usually comes with 3 half strips. When I told her I have received full strips she said I've been getting a bargain. Then she put her hand up in front of my face to stop me from talking and said they're making your hashbrowns crispy. Just rude. Did not apologize just told me how I was wrong and what to do. Everytime I come there is a problem . I'm not coming back. You lost a customer .

Tried giving it another chance, i asked for my fries and tenders to be crispy, and they said since the tenders are already cooked they can not make them crispy there as crispy as they'll get.. yall need to get your act together. No one welcomed me in or even smiled just started at me like I was a problem while...
