Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

I came into this store for dinner. The waitress was friendly, except when we came in, the whole staff was standing around laughing and talking in Spanish while I stood there waiting to order.

Finally, one of them broke loose and took our order. The drink machine had all the drinks blinking blue, and I was afraid it was out of service. I had to ask several times before the young lady understood what I was asking and assured me it was ok.

When my chicken burrito got there, it was delicious and fresh. The drinks were great. Then the end of my good night happened.

My friend ordered cinnamon twists. With one bite, my taste buds were slaughtered! Yuck! They were rancid! One bite, and I couldn't get the horrible taste out of my mouth! The bag that they came in was soaked in rancid grease, like they had been sitting for hours. The taste was sickening. My friend went up and complained, And after speaking to several people, they finally gave her fresh ones. I couldn't stand to even try another one because the taste in my mouth was so strong! I decided to go brush my teeth and was informed that the bathrooms were out of order! Both of them? I asked them about the law about having a bathroom and got a shoulder shrug.

I won't be back. I certainly hope the staff has some way to wash THEIR hands! As I write this, I still taste that awful cinnamon twist. Yuck!

After looking back at past reviews, apparently those bathrooms have been out of order for almost a month! Where in the world is the health...

Really horrible experience at the location off of Palm Beach Blvd.. Created a mobile order online, fast, easy, ready to go. Showed up, told them I was there for my mobile order, and they told me to go ahead and pull forward. The girl at the window told me to pull forward and she would bring my order right out. (There was nobody behind me.) As I was pulling away she began pouring the drinks. Waited 10 mins and saw numerous cars come and go. I decide to walk inside and the lobby is empty, nobody in line. The cashier asked if I was Ashley & I said yes. He pointed to a bag on the counter. The girl who said she would bring it out to me, was just standing behind the register for drive thru area doing nothing. She saw me, and no apology. I walked over to my bag and said I was supposed to have two drinks. They somehow weren't poured yet even though I saw the girl start them as I was driving away. As I was waiting for my drinks, even an employee back by the food prep line said "Ashley?"

Numerous people here knew the mobile order was there and for me, and the girl who said she'd bring it out did not. I wish I knew how to add a photo to my review but I don't see the option. The food looked pretty unappetizing like it was just thrown together. Very poor customer service at this location.. I would of felt better at least getting an apology..

Generally I love Taco Bell! I've been eating it for over 50 years! I love the flavors and the consistency generally any changes in the menu several favorites that have gone by the wayside, but unfortunately I have to report that my recent visit here was the worst I've ever experienced at a Taco Bell first off the drive-thru computer or something wasn't working, okay I can accept that we've just been through a major hurricane not such a big deal we had to go inside to order that seemed to be a chore and a half ordered a number of things off of the menu because we were in the mood for a nice Taco Bell fix, and unfortunately I can't think of one thing I ordered that was even up to the standards of Taco Bell wherever you place them I'm generally quite pleased with them and consistent but have this been my first experience that I Taco Bell it is doubtful I would ever return I hope whatever was the problem there gets sorted out I'm not giving up on them but there are so many other options around that if I have that bad of an experience again I won't be back at...
