Cannot speak for the food quality or taste as I didnât even get that far. Showed up one day, trying to place an order and was greeted with an absolutely horrible attitude by a younger girl with glasses. She then rolled her eyes at me as I tried to place my order. I wasnât having it after that, so I left. A couple weeks later I wanted to give them a second chance thinking maybe they just had a bad day. So this time I tried calling. Someone answered just saying âorder orderâ. Nothing more than one word, no hello no greeting whatsoever just âorderâ. The Phone was then hung up on me so I tried calling back and the answer this time was âyo, who this?â. Before I could respond was hung up on again. I donât know who is hiring these people, but they certainly should know that the attitude And first impression makes me never want to do business with them again. I hope this reaches the right people to either fix and address the issue with their staff or at least reaches the people who wish to go eat there as they should probably know the attitude they will be confronted with before they spend their money. Good luck! Plenty of other Mexican food to chose from in town that will respect their customers.
Update: You do not remember me, I disrespected no one as I didnât even get a word out to anyone. I refuse to be treated that way and walked away as soon as she rolled her eyes. You can deny and brush it off all youâd like. Seems to be more reviews of the same thing that I read when I look further into your past reviews. But from your response it proves even further that someone else had a negative experience...

Iâm not exaggerating when I say this food truck changed my life. One bite of their birria tacos and I swear I saw a portal to another dimension open up right there at the picnic table. The cheese pull? Cinematic. The flavors? Otherworldly. My taste buds threw a fiesta and invited all five senses.
The staff? Absolute gems. Friendly, fast, and clearly passionate about what they do. It felt less like ordering dinner and more like being welcomed into someoneâs home kitchenâwith a secret family recipe passed down through generations.
The ribeye quesadilla? Are you kidding me?! Melty, savory, perfectly crisped on the outsideâif you told me it was blessed by the taco gods themselves, Iâd believe you.
âš Pro tip: Grab a daft beer inside while you wait and then eat inside with the AC, take a deep breath, and prepare for transcendence. Youâre not just eatingâyouâre experiencing culinary greatness. âš
Hectorâs is more than a food truck. Itâs a destination. A vibe. A calling. Thank you for...
Read moreI had been wanting to stop and try this place for a while. Finally got around to it at 11:30 on a Friday for lunch. I was immediately told they only had tacos and quesadillas. This limited what I wanted to order but I went with it. After ordering, he came back to tell me that he didn't have enough cheese to make the quesadilla. So I had to order all tacos, and they only had 3 out of 4 of the meats. The gentleman that was there working was so nice but he did not speak English and had to use a phone to translate, which made communicating difficult. I do not blame him. He was very friendly and doing his best. Tacos were great and I would love to give it another try -- just hope for more...
