OUT OF THIS WORLD! Soups this good - ROCKET FUEL! Lift Off! My first visit was this past Friday. The day's soup selections included Cream of Mushroom or a Sausage Potato Spinach soup! I could NOT decide so I got one of each! Just like on the first moon landing, both are heroes! For me, the Mushroom soup lead with 'One Small Step'! I also got a seriously sensational Cuban Sandwich to round out this first orbit to Heidi's. And like The Terminator said, "I'll Be Back!" Oh yeah, the prices are very down to Earth. I've got a serious case of Happy Tummy!

Today we stopped and got our food to go. Had a delicious pressed chicken salad sandwich. My son had a nice side salad and the cheesecake was pretty good. We also took home some broccoli soup but we haven't tried that yet. Place was cute and clean. Small but had three booths, three tables and a two seater at their window bar. Definitely will go back.

I am new to the area and tried this place for the first time. All the staff were very personable!! I had the Beef, Mushroom and Rice soup. It was a nice comfort lunch! Soup was very thick and tasty. The pressed Cuban sandwich was delicious as well!

The contractor brought us lunch from here the other day as nice as it was for him to get us lunch.. The food itself was not great. We did an Italian stallion (4) and the Cuban. The Italian was ok, but the Cuban wasn't at all. The meat was bad, and i mean rotten bad. As soon as you unwrapped the sandwich, it looked ok.. but everyone could smell it.. and we had to split our lunch up to share with him so he got to eat. When you're outside working hard you want a halfway decent...

I asked a few people about where to get a good Greek salad in Inverness and one of the places mentioned was Heidi's Souper Deli just south of the Big Lots Plaza near the pack and ship store. Stopped and picked up one of their Greek salad and I'm so glad Heidi's was recommended. $8.95 for this beautiful, so fresh and loaded Greek salad. They just upped my goal to eat more veggies. Everything was delish and the potato salad was a nice...
