I've ordered from hungry Howie's on several occasions as I've lived in the area for several years. I've never had an issue with the store. But on the 29th which was my baby's birthday we ordered a $60 order of pizza to accommodate family and friends. Upon ordering the pizza and it arriving the delivery person was very friendly let me out my gate. I'm doing a child's birthday party trying to accommodate everybody and when we look at the pizzas I have a burnt pizza, I have a pepperoni pizza that's overloaded with cheese there's barely any pineapples on it and it's completely dough and uncooked in the middle, and the how we read which was supposed to be cinnamon sticks were burnt. I moved on handled the rest of the party sat down and did a review and ask corporate to call me. 3 days later I've still not heard from anybody so I decide to call the store I spoke to a person at the store and I asked for a manager. When the manager came to the phone his name was Corey he was very unfriendly told me because I didn't call that same day that they have the same day policy exchange. And basically said that I waited too long to make the phone call however I emailed and did a review and asked corporate to call same day. He then tells me that he's contacted me by phone and I did not answer the day before so if we have a same day policy why are you reaching out to me two days after I've sent an email. My frustration comes with him telling me that if I had any of the pizza left that I could return it to the store so he wants me to dig in my trash can and bring boxes of uneaten pizza up to the store. I can in fact do this however it's unsanitary addicted to my trash can and it is definitely insanitary for me to bring trashed items into his store. Never once did he offer any resolution to this just told me that because I didn't call in time that he was just not going to be able to help me. He then told me that he had the best store the best ever all ratings and I went back and I read the reviews and it looks like over the last 3 months he's had a ton of bad reviews that his store had a perfect rating and he was like the top star store in the area. And frustration I finally just hung up and contacted what I thought would be a corporate store and it turns out that hungry Howie's is franchised and can talk to you however they want based on the hungry Howie's franchise. This upsets me because hungry Howie's face just because it's individually owned should not be treated as I can do whatever I want. If a customer calls and makes a complaint it should be acknowledged and therefore treated accurately you can look at my records I don't call and ask for free food I never call and ask for my money back however in this time I did I feel I had a birthday party for my child and it was a disaster based on the food. I do however feel that we can make this right but having a manager like Corey nothing will ever be able to be treated so because of his hot temper. I will continue to press the issue of being professional and treating customers with much respect. Until this is resolved with respect and and maturity. I will continue to not order from this store nor any other...

It did take over 15min to have it delivered to me but I understand that there were other orders. But the fact was the pizza and bread were undercooked and cold. I called to talk to manager but kept being told manager wasnât available and they took my number and name down. Never got a call so I called the morning after and was given the corporate number so I called and a lady name Vicky called me back and took my statement and moved it up to her boss. He just called me today a week later and basically called me a lier and that they hold up to Hungry Howies standards. He also questioned my aged when I was arguing with him because he said he wasnât giving a refund or a reorder because they did nothing wrong. He kept over talking me when I was talking and being degrading. He stated that they have great reviews and that no one else had an issue that night with there pizza. This location doesnât have great reviews there is a handful of reviews that are just like mine. Where the pizzas werenât cooked and they were just soggy. I will not order hungry howies again due to the extremely poor customer service a âso called manager hasâ.

   Read moreTwo hours waiting for a delivery, I call to cancel it, first he tells me that it could not be canceled because they tried to communicate for a change of bread to which I replied that this is why it was my first callback, there he indicated that it could not be canceled because the order was already on its way, and she was telling the person that she was going to deliver it, that is, they had not left, I live 6 minutes from there, I indicated that it has been two hours and that the delivery would only take 6 minutes that the delivery would only take 6 minutes to leave. If I was going to cancel, the supervisor named Emili or Emily was upset and told me that for the next time if I wanted to buy from Hungry Howies I would go to another one so that I wouldn't have that problem, apparently that place doesn't have a manager, it's only handled by the supervisors and they would offer very little customer service because I didn't even discourteously go, at all times I spoke to him with a lot of education and respect, even after telling me not to buy there, luck for those who want to...
