Recently this business has changed ownership which also changed some other aspects of the restaurant. They have 1 table inside and a bench to wait for your order should you need to. However that isn't where the issue lies. I ordered online, a usual order that I have ordered multiple times and the food itself is good. However in the past the Pizza subs have come with a couple sub sauces and they don't put it in the box, so I added on the notes to add the sub sauces just as a reminder. Keep in mind I have NEVER been charged for the sub sauces in the past and they are suppose to be included with any of the subs they have.
On this particular occasion, I ordered online, and put on the note to include the sub sauces which keep in mind these are in little packets like ketchup packets which is why I ask for 2 since for the large pizza sub 1 simply isn't enough. My card was charged for the total and I went to pick it up and the sauces were in the box so no issue there. A day or so goes by and I get an updated charge on my card for about a dollar more then I originally authorized. Needless to say I wasn't happy.
I then went to the location and explained that I was overcharged. The manager at the time told me that they added a charge for the sub sauces. I told him that I never authorized that charge nor was I told that was added to my bill AFTER the fact. He then gave me my dollar back and told me that they now charge for the sauces, again these sauces are the size of ketchup packets. I swear these businesses are trying to nickel and dime you anywhere they can.

Read moreIf i could give zero I'd do it. Placed an order online. Called within minutes to make a slight adjustment to the order. Immediately placed on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up and called back, again met with an answer of hold with no ability to speak. Waited on hold for another 20 minutes for them to pick up the line to say we're closed and be hung up on! Called back and finally got an answer but met with nothing but excuses of system issues. At no point during the calls did a single person mention system issues or even acknowledge a customer was on the line.. We were only trying to adjust a bread order BEFORE IT WAS MADE. Went over the scenario, requested the change. Walked in 2 minutes later, had to rerequest the change, go over the entire scenario yet again... Told them if they want to apply a discount that would be fine just to be told there was not a manager.. Who later admitted he was an assistant manager, so 3rd strike. Requested corporate number to be told they aren't corporate.. Requested their names only to be met with resistance to be given the information.. But they finally provided the names.. The "Assistant Manager" couldn't even remember one of their EMPLOYEES NAMES. Was offered a soda which was already paid for... Customer service and attitude of the staff on 11/5/19 was absolutely horrible and unacceptable! We will be contacting the general manager, and corporate once I can obtain the number as a vast majority are connected to a corporate level of some kind. Not to mention it was cold... Go figure... Fully suggest going to a different pizza joint, especially if you care about...

After delivering my order, I called back to let them know that they were missing my drink. She insisted that I called back to cancel my order when no such thing had occurred. Why on earth would I order two pizzas and breadsticks, then call back to cancel my drink. I don't know about you, but I like drinks with my meal. I let her know that I had not called to cancel my drink and that I did not mind paying for the drink. I requested that they send the drink over since it was a mistake on their part. She refused. Not only did she refuse, but in an effort to show just how low class she can be, she began to argue over the phone and then hung up. When I called back to ask for the general manager's name I was told that Joy was the manager and the only person above her was the owner. I asked what the owner's name was, and I was told THEY CAN'T SAY HIS NAME. What the heck is this... Harry Potter?! I let her know that I'm not looking for his cell phone number, just the name.
