BEWARE .. This is unfortunately a place that is riddled with incompetence and unprofessional individuals.

I placed an order while having [ Covid ] and gave specific instructions concerning any interactions to which should have been none and this was approved by the so called management.

The said instructions were Not by any means adhered to.

1st driver comes with someone else's order and gives me a hard time concerning the instructions that were approved by the management. Places a call to her manager which took some time only to get the approval that was said and given to me - Upon coming inside and realizing I had the wrong order , I immediately placed a call to share what has transpired. Upon doing so, my doorbell rings again to which was shortly after the othe disrespectful driver leaves with the correct order to which it felt like deja vu. Having to explain the same thing over to this driver.

Conclusion; While having covid and not wanting to have any physical interaction with anyone out of concern and protection, it unfortunately was done both times despite that I made it clear to both drivers and to no avail. The 2nd driver took the wrong order back.

Keep in mind that both drivers overlapped each other in coming to my home.

Another call was placed out of frustration and disgusts, asking the so called manager for a refund and explaining the reason to which was unprofessionalisn [ both appearance and mannerism ] by both female drivers to which they looked like they were hired right off the street and the other was trust. Having [ Covid ] that 1st order should Not by any means have been taken back. They claim that it was discarded but I personally didn't believe that.

Never got my refund nor a call from the so called owner like they said I would despite me making several calls after the fact...

Today I ordered pizza for the family. I usually pick it up, today I opted for delivery. 8 dollars or so for deliver plus a tip. the order gets to the house and we are missing an item. I call the store and spoke to a very rude manager who refused to tell me her name. not once did this person ever apologize, I was simply given the option of coming to get a new one or waiting for delivery and was told that would likely be another 30min. Of the two options I wen tin to the store as anyone with kids fighting over not having enough bread would do. when I got there the older man at the counter was super apologetic and kind, the "manger" a heavy set , short woman with dark hair and glasses but no name tag, brought over my food and said "Here" in a tone that could only be duplicated by my 14 year old daughter when she realized there was not enough bread. At that point tired of being disrespected by someone that should never be trusted to lead a business of any type, I asked for the corporate number. she looked at me in what can only be described as disgust and said "over bread?" I nicely said its not over bread, it is over your attitude, paying over 16extra dollars for delivery and having to drive here anyway, and also that now by the time I get home my food will be cold and you can't even acknowledge your error and apologize. Without missing a beat this manager told me to "look it up yourself and while you are at, do me a favor don't come here again, now get out" . I will admit at this point we exchanged a few words before I walked out the door. Not that I am proud of that, but I have worked service jobs in my past and would have on the spot fired anyone in my employ that...

Ordered about two weeks ago on a Wednesday, then Friday that same week. This week we tried it again on Friday 10/21. We live further away from this location than the one on Mariner but I'm glad we gave it a try. I am above and beyond pleased with the way this place is operated. I'm not sure if it has seen a better management team or a complete overhaul, but kudos and well done to whoever is a part of getting it right, every single time.

Pizza is cooked to order, the right crust, the right amount of sauce, well done, and actually cut correctly and perfectly. We will not discuss how many times we've ordered from other places to end up with soggy misshapen pizza barely even cut through requiring forks and knives to serve it and even then, it was a mess to separate. Whoever is back in the kitchen ensuring quality, whoever is cutting pies and handling packaging, well done and thank you. It's a breath of fresh air to actually receive what we ordered and actually have it correct and appealing. Also, shout out to the delivery crew who always arrive with a smile and follow our delivery instructions making our evening that much better.
