Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Florida

I don't do reviews very often. But, this just was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered 1 large stuffed crust pizza and a 2 liter of pepsi tonight at 8:44pm. A very simple order. I ordered it on the Hungry Howie's app as delivery since it was raining. I live 5 minutes away and it took them OVER 2 HOURS to get it straight. Well, I am checking the app tracker it continues to say it is being "made". So, we call around 9:47pm and say we still haven't gotten our food. They bs lie to us and say a delivery driver is on the way just to get us off the phone. So, at that point I'm thinking finally! We are going to get our food. Well, time goes on and it is 10:25pm so we go down there. Like I said 5 minute drive. Then, we speak to the "manager" and she said it came up as a carry out when I CLEARLY put it as DELIVERY. Paid for and all. I even showed her my online receipt in my email it states $2.99 for a delivery fee. That is obviously not a carry out order. So, she offers remake the pizza and she said it would he 10 minutes. The girl that handed me the pizza had a really bad attitude and so did the manager. We finally got the pizza and 2 liter of Pepsi around 10:50pm or so. I have ordered from this Hungry Howie's location multiple times from the app delivery and carry out no problem. This the 2nd time they have messed up my order. 2 strikes your out in my book. I am never ordering from this Hungry Howie's location ever again. The place is not very well kept, all the employees are young and have an attitude like they are better than everyone else...I've worked at Domino's before. Sure we had young people there but we still got our carry out orders and deliveries done on time no complaints. Because, we actually took pride in our work. We had a clean store too. I don't know what has happened between then and now but if their app is not transmitting orders properly then they need to tell their customers that and NOT LIE TO THEM just because they want to get them off the phone. I ordered the pizza. They had a 51% off online order carryout only when I call the store they didn't know how to tell the customer me to apply the special to check out. Had to figure that out on my own. So about time I went back to the website and I figured it out myself how to apply the special to check out that was at 8:32 p.m. Aunt 15 minutes after that I went and picked up the pizza cuz I live less than 5 minutes away but it took me. I don't know about 8 minutes to drive because I was having left side pains so I had my cane. They put my pizza Aunt the doordash carryout pouch. I get home. The pizza are cold or how do you say it wasn't even one room, TV, temperature or nothing and I live less than 5 minutes away. I called the store right away. I only took one bike and I called the store to let them know and the manager was not helpful and he wanted me to get back in my car and I'm in pain with a cane and I always order from 49 th Street hungry Howie's near 54th avenue and I'm disappointed is this the first time? I've been disappointed with the product I just purchased from them and use my gas to pick it up and then he want me to to go back in my car and I'm in pain to bring it back and he said he'll replace...

I ordered wings from here and they were literally slimy and not all the way cooked even though I asked for them to be extra well done so when I said I’m going to come back and get new wings can you please have them ready for me so that my pizza is not cold when I get back that I already ordered they said no they cannot do that so when I got there I said can I please just have my money back and the young man working behind the counter got an attitude with me and told me the reason that they cannot cook them all the way is because they are going through a new distributor lol When I asked for my money back he gave me a pure attitude and laughed at me when I said isn’t Customer supposed to be right in fact all of the people that were working laughed at me when I made that comment I have never written a review before but I absolutely had to for this go to the hungry Howie’s in...
