I took my daughter out for breakfast and it was a huge mistake to go here. The place was packed when we checked in and we were told it would be an hour wait. I said no problem and we waited outside like everyone else for about 39 minutes. My daughter then went inside and said there were two places to sit so went inside to wait. We were about 54 minutes into our hour wait and my daughter said the last 2 groups that were seated had arrived after us so I got up and asked how much longer we had. While the employee looked for our name, I noticed it had been scratched out and they were about 20 groups past our name. I pointed to our name and told the employee that was us. He said we must have called your name and I said well since we are not sitting at a table eating you obviously didn't. The manager overheard this and got us seated only to be told that it was going to be an additional 30 minute wait on our food once we order. My daughter and myself were starving by this time and said that's good whatever. The waiter came took our order and brought my daughter and I our drinks. I finished my 1st cup of coffee and the cup remained empty over 10 minutes. I watched as our waiter served coffee to 3 other tables around us, but never checked on mine. My daughter had to wave another server down to refill my coffee. Then our waiter finally brought our food to the table and he was gone before we could tell him the order was not correct. He never came back to our table to check on our meal, he came back to give us the bill though. I was so mad I was tempted to walk out and not pay anything, but I know that's wrong. So I did the only thing sensible and that was to leave next to nothing for a tip. This was the first time in 7 years I have ever left a server anything less than 15%!! Don't think we will go to this IHOP location again any...
Read moreIf I could rate it 0 stars I would. We went in they were dead, maybe two other tables in the entire restaurant. We ordered our food and waited for an hour and then asked how much longer I was told oh your next. So I decided to wait since we were being served next ha... big mistake another 45 minutes go by and still no food. We had to ask for refills on drinks. My two little girls were getting antsy sitting there waiting and were hungry. So I said ok enough I am done waiting cancle my order by this point it had been a two hour wait after ordering. At that time they started bringing out our food. My daughters bacon and hashbrowns were burnt, my burger was sloppy and falling apart and the chicken was over cooked and very dry. My husbands as well. My youngest got pancakes with strawberries which they forgot the strawberries and we had to request syrup three times from our waitress. We never got a bottle of ketchup that had enough ketchup in it after asking about 3 times aswell. Our waitress was complaining about how inconvenienced she was having to wait in us because no one else was working but her as she claimed. It literally was the absolute worst experiences at a restaurant. We wasted our money we couldn't even eat most of the burnt food so I would not recommend going to this place. It's sad because as a kid I loved IHOP but this location has absolutely ruined my desire to ever...
Read moreWalked in last night around 8 with family. The hostess raised her eyebrows when i said there were ten of us and, in a snooty voice, said "did you make a reservation?" (Since when do you make a reservation at iHop???!!!) I said, "no, didn't know i needed one". She said, again in that snooty voice, well we only have one cook and one wait staff, and we are waiting to seat a party of 15, so your gonna have to wait about an hour". I replied... "so, you're saying you don't want our business?" She backed down a little and said, "no, I'm just making sure you know it's gonna be a long time". We went next door to eat; not because of the wait, but because of the attitude. On the way ot, we're informed the family of 8 that were waiting to come in of her comments and attitude. Snooty, arrogant. Sorry customer care when you first walk in the door to a restaurant chain that is trying to push customers to come in for their "hoppy hour" specials! Seriously not sure i even want to try to go back there! What all night restaurant tries to run with one cook and one waitress???!!! And, what restaurant wants a person with that attitude to be the face of the restaurant? I would not have minded at all had her attitude been different, but that.... well, let's just say there are other establishments in the area eighteen people can give...
