They are one of a very few places that has consistently good customer service. The food is delicious also. My only complaint is that 9 out of 10 times I ask for salt when asked if I want any sauces, but do not receive it. I am not sure why there is difficulty putting a pack or 2 of salt into my bags but it is. I do like the app on my phone as I get rewards just for going there sometimes and my points add up fast from my orders. It would be nice if they either salted the waffle fries a little more or would give me salt when asked for. I don't like to hold up the flow of traffic because I appreciate how fast they are able to work together and get everyone's order and gone in the drive thru. I would feel bad causing a hold up while looking for the salt which they sometimes say is in my bag if I happen to ask to make sure but have learned that it still isn't in a bag even when I ask to make sure. I have on one occasion gone back and gone inside to complain about not getting it even though they said it was in there but wasn't. I live over 15 miles from the closest Chicfil-a that I frequent. I usually am on the road and running errands or taking my granddaughter to the park or traveling when I get fast food as I try not to eat out too much but in each of those circumstances it is too inconvenient to turn around and go back for what seems like a small thing but makes it where I do not eat my potatoes (waffle fries.) I did call the location in Auburn once due to the same problem and explained the situation to the manager that I was on my way from Florida to Atlanta for a doctor's appointment due to having a rare disease and having to go see a specialist. She was polite and understanding and said that I would be receiving in the mail a couple of gift cards to make up for my inconvenience but even after confirming my correct address, etc. I never got anything in the mail from them. So this is a very long rant about what many may consider a petty complaint but it adds up over all the visits and wasted orders of fries that get thrown away. And I guess it just boggles my mind how they can be so wonderful in every other area except that one!?! Over all though, I still recommend them at any location and will continue to visit due to my belief that they have the best fast food and service compared to all the other places with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSince Iāve moved to Milton from Pensacola 3 years ago, this has always been a favorite of mine for my son to come and play during lunch. Even more so in the summer because itās the only indoor playground for miles when itās too hot to play outside elsewhere. I have no complaints when it comes to the food, service, or atmosphere. My order is always perfect and the staff are always smiling and friendly. I canāt help but notice someone constantly walking around the dining room to clean too. I like when cleanliness is a priority. Now I would have put 5 stars because of everything Iāve stated above but Iāve decided to mark a 4 star review for only one reason. The play area. And this is at no fault of any of the staffing and I donāt expect them to take responsibility at enforcing the age or height limit. Iām not the type of person to make a scene. I normally look the other way. But I went today for lunch with my 3 year old and 4 month old because itās an high of 92° and we were trying to beat the heat. I couldnāt look away today. I spoke to a manager and I understand they canāt do much. They sent an employee to tell the kids to be mindful of the sign on the door. The older kids did listen and all came out to their tables only for their parents to immediately send them back in. There were children in middle school playing in there. The height on the door says children under 54 inches. Parents, come on. Why are you letting your 7-13 year olds play in a tiny area for toddlers? The last few times Iāve visited Iāve had to either leave early or have my son sit out upset he canāt play because Iām not comfortable with the obvious size difference and roughness of children that parents are sending in to play. Older kids have hit my child unprovoked and Iām never able to find the parents. There was an older group of kids with a cellphone today sitting in a circle playing post Malone in the toy car like it was a hang out spot. All of the younger kids had to miss out because the tunnels were always blocked with the older kids. Come on parents, do better. I love Chick-fil-A but we probably wonāt be back to play inside because it is just totally out of hand...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to love coming to chick fil'a, but now I hate it. I dont know if they have new staff or new managers but the atmosphere at chick fil'a is not what it used to be. Today I picked up a catering order and they did not have my gallon of sweet tea ready, they had to make a new batch. I waited in line for 15 minutes to add a gallon of lemonade to my order. They did not have lemonade ready so I had to wait an additional 30 plus minutes for my catering order. While waiting I noticed some very disturbing acts with the employees. The lady who helped me was an elderly lady who was so kind and very sweet, but her other coworkers were extremely rude to her. They made her carry a heavy case of lemonade from the back of the store to the front they were super rude to her. When she could not lift it over her head she looked like she was 5 feet tall and was maybe in her late 60's and they were forcing her to carry maybe a twenty or thirty pound container of lemonade. She was so upset, she walked to the bathroom with tears in her eyes. I don't undertand why a Christian organization like chick fil a would force their elderly employees to do that when they have several younger employees. that is definitely not the Christian way. chick fil a please go back to being kind and generous to not only the customers but to your staff. In addition, to the manager who was treating this lady wrong, how dare you, you should be ashamed. Would you force your grandmother to do that? I doubt you would. I hope you are able to sleep at night. Miss Rita I'm so sorry i didnt stand up for you while i was there and watched them treat you terrible I apologize. If you want to go to a place that mistreats elderly staff then this is the place for you. But I will not stand for that and i will make sure everyone knows...
