Our experience at Fuji was a real rollercoaster. Front staff was very nice and we were seated promptly. Our server/ waitress was very nice as well. Our family did the AYCE and our appetizers came out fast. With that said, our sushi took FOREVER! The hibachi steak and shrimp took FOREVER. After waiting 25 minutes we finally had to address the concern with our waitress. Blame was placed on the "computer ordering system". The sushi rolls were good (once they finally arrived). Hibachi proteins were good (once they arrived). Overall the experience was ok, but there are just a few things that bothered me about Fuji:

There are other AYCE sushi restaurants in the area (Pensacola) where the price is the same but it also includes your drink. Fuji charges extra for sodas, tea, etc.. Why not just incorporate the drink into the pricing to be competitive? On weekends, Fuji makes you pay the AYCE Dinner price even during lunch time. Other AYCE establishments charge lunch prices even on the weekends. That means Fuji's weekend lunch rates are $10 more expensive (per person) than their competition. $13 more expensive (per person) if you want something other than water to drink. There is nothing special about the atmosphere in this restaurant. I cannot justify paying more here vs. the competition if the food is not substantially better and the atmosphere is lacking and bland.

In conclusion: the food is good (but possibly slow to get to the table), the staff nice, the atmosphere bland/ nothing special, less value to dollar when compared to other AYCE sushi restaurants with a...

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Skylar at Fuji, and I can honestly say she made our dining experience unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, Skylar greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and was immediately attentive to our needs. She took the time to explain the menu in detail, offering excellent recommendations and making sure we were comfortable with every choice we made.

Throughout the meal, Skylar was incredibly efficient, checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, from refilling our drinks to offering more sushi options as soon as we finished a plate. Her attentiveness was beyond impressive, and it felt like she was truly invested in ensuring we had the best possible experience.

What truly set Skylar apart was her friendly and approachable demeanor. She made us feel like valued guests, always ready with a kind word or a thoughtful gesture. The level of service she provided was truly outstanding, and it’s clear that she takes pride in her work and cares deeply about her customers’ satisfaction.

Thanks to Skylar, our dining experience was top-notch. I would highly recommend requesting her as your server — you won’t be...

This is a message for Management. My Fiancé and I were going to eat at this establishment and we were excited to try it, but when we got in the door, there were four or five hostesses or servers just standing there to all talking to each other and they didn't greet us at all withing the whole time we were there. We even walked in and said hello and all of them turned away and continued to talk. Not a single greating from any staff after we said hello even. One girl silently gathered some stuff to take us to our table and silently walked us to it, and then abruptly stopped and I looked at her and sat down and she aggressive slapped the menus and silverware onto the middle table and walked away without a word. We got up and walked away, because of how terrible the atmosphere was. Wish we could have tried the food, but maybe when the staff is a little more professional we might be back. They definitelyneed training, everyone has a bad day but this was so weird, these are simple greeting and services to provide from any of the servers. I'm young but these younger people need a talking to about service, it left a bad taste in our mouths, even without...

We decided to try Fuji Sushi, but the service was disappointing. We were seated quickly, but it took a long time for a server to greet us. A larger family of seven walked in at the same time as us, yet they had their food order taken and served before we even got our drinks. There were multiple issues with our order. Random items we never ordered showed up on our table (and our bill), while the appetizer we did order never arrived—even after the waitress put it in a second time. My husband only received half of his entrĂ©e, so she had to enter it again, but even then, he never got the full order. For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, the service was severely lacking. Other than taking our order, the waitress only checked on us once during the entire meal. The food was okay but not worth what they charge. If you’re looking for a similar experience, you might as well drive a little further to Sushi Masa in Pensacola, where the service is much better. The only positive was the military discount, but overall, the experience was frustrating. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve their service.

New place in town has shown its worth staying. My wife and I went to lunch here. ALL YOU CAN EAT! decent price only $20 and we definitely ate our worth. They have great tasting sashimi and a wife variety of sushi rolls. Many are like the rest of any other sushi roll joint. The hostess was sweet and our server was "Kylie" she was very attentive and made sure we had our orders constantly in to keep the food rolling along and could eat with minimal wait time. Come check this place out but make sure you have a empty belly because you'll leave having to unbutton them like turkey day. Even after being so full I feel comfortable and not nasty it was a really enjoyable AYCE. Any questions just go and figure it out yourself.

We went for Mothers Day, food was great, service was a little slow even around 3:30pm, where it wasnt too packed yet. Server was very nice, offered a flower to my wife when we left. A few things to note, AYCE was $32.95, a few dollars more, if comparing to Sushi Masa/Wako Sushi in Pensacola. You also dont get the first alchol bev free, nor any soft drinks or fried cheese cake, when comparing to the same business model. But for Pace/Milton area and saving a little gas not driving to Pensacola, over all was good, just need a few more runners/servers and offer the beer/fried cheese cake and youll be set.
