Inca Grill offers a delightful culinary experience rooted in the rich and diverse flavors of Peruvian cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the welcoming atmosphere and the staff's infectious smiles make you feel right at home. The restaurant combines traditional and modern touches in both its decor and menu, making it a must-visit for food lovers.
The star of my visit was the perfectly rotisserie chicken “ Pollo a la Brasa “, with a smoky flavor that could only come from being cooked over charcoal or wood, giving it a delicious, authentic taste. It wasn’t just about the chicken though! I indulged in a beautifully presented Peruvian classic: ceviche. The freshness of the fish combined with the zing of citrus was incredibly refreshing and generously portioned.
One of the highlights of my meal was the anticuchos, a dish with deep roots in African-American culture that has become a beloved part of Peruvian cuisine. The skewered beef hearts were juicy, tender, and cooked just the way I like it – medium rare. I love that !!! The char and seasoning made each bite a pleasure.
Though I’m not usually one for desserts, I couldn’t resist the enthusiasm of the staff when they introduced me to their picarones, a traditional Peruvian dessert. Light, fluffy, and drizzled with syrup, it was the perfect end to a fantastic meal. The personal touch and charisma of the staff really made the dining experience memorable – they know how to present their dishes with passion and pride.
I forgot to take a picture of the dishes I ate because they were so delicious, I just dove right in! Inca Grill isn’t just about the food; it’s about the experience, with good energy radiating from every member of the staff. Their professionalism combined with their warmth ensures that you’ll leave not only satisfied but eager to return. Highly recommended...
Read moreOrdered the 1/4 chicken with Fries and Chaufa for 15 bucks. It’s an upgrade form the 13 bucks 1/4 chicken with Fries and salad. Was told I could not substitute the salad for white rice.
The order was to go but it only took me maybe 5 minutes to get home and on the table. Chicken was well seasoned but not necessary very tasty, the chicken skin was very soggy and the fries were very crispy. Made it very obvious the chicken had been sitting around for a bit and the skin had gotten soggy. So the chicken itself is not great, but it isn’t bad, however is not good enough to choose it over other options around.
The fries were over salted but crispy like I said.
The fried rice was a disappointment, specially since it was the upgrade.
Expect for the fries, the food wasn’t warm. I don’t expect it to be hot by the time I’m home but I expected to at least be warm. I was told that the fried rice was being made at the moment but I think it was actually being reheated at the moment.
The restaurant itself is clean but the live music was way too loud, that’s why I chose to take the food home.
Over all I think their plates are very expensive for the quality of food. If the quality and taste was higher I would be more willing to pay the price.
I understand this so probably their cheapest plate, but it’s also the simplest and I would expect them to...
Read moreThe only reason I started coming here was for the Triple Classic Sandwich. When I first ordered it, the sandwich came with EGG SALAD. Exactly as it is written on the menu. This made the restaurant stand out because usually the triple sandwich comes with a mayo/mustard spread and sliced hard boiled egg.
The egg salad made the sandwich special (hardboiled egg mixed). I loved it.
Unfortunately, every time thereafter, any time i order the sandwich it comes with just a mayo/mustard spread and sliced hard boiled egg.
I have tried to explain when ordering what I want but unfortunately your restaurant does not understand what I am ordering, which is weird because the menu offers EGG SALAD for the triple...
