This used to be one of my favorite restaurants! I used to frequent there all the time, mostly seemed to be around lunch time. Just recently my boyfriend and I have gotten the craving to go there for a late dinner. Late being 9pm on a Saturday night. Although their hours say they are open till 10pm this is infact false. I have driven from Sebastian to Vero on MULTIPLE occasions only to arrive there at 9:15-9:30 and find them with their lights off and the doors locked. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to drive 30 min with a craving and to find your restaurant has just decided to close early because they felt like it while there hours are displayed prominently on their door and website. Last Saturday I even called ahead of time not wanting to make the drive down there just to be disappointed. When I asked what their hours were they said to 10pm, when I double checked and said "Okay, so if I arrive by 9:15-9:25 you'll be open to serve us?" The guy on the phone then goes "Oh I don't know, I have to check", then I can hear him go back and forth with someone complaining how they don't want to accommodate and want to go home. I'm sorry, I've worked in the retail industry for over 6 years, there's been many nights I've had to stay late or work shifts I didn't want, with customers coming in 1 minute before closing causing the team to have to stay up till an extra hour yet never put a customer out. As a restaurant or any establishment you stay in business because of your cliental, if you don't want to serve people 30+ minutes before YOUR scheduled closing time then change your hours because that is absolutely ridiculous!! The guy on the phone complained "Can't you come sooner because we want to leave" and "Well we're probably going to close around 9:30" we'll then change your hours, post something on your door and website that states that you won't be open till your scheduled time. I just find that to be so outrageous and unaccomodating to your loyal customers. This wasn't just a one time occurance either, this has happened at least four different times to me. Because of this lack of respect and courtesy to your customers I will no longer be providing my business since you clearly don't value it. Also when I called to make sure I could be seated around 9:15-9:25, they wanted to know how many people were in my party and because it was only 2 it wasn't worth it to them to stay open to their scheduled time. Absolutely unprofessional. I've never done a review before but this has me so heated I had to. Warning to everyone out there DO NOT GO TO THIS...
Read moreWaited 20 mins to even order food I ordered a 13 dollar dish of " teriyaki chicken" to come with miso soup, stir fried vegetables and steamed rice we waited almost 30 mins after ordering to receive our food. My miso soup was bland and quite disappointing. The sauce less chicken arrived and looked like pan seared chicken breasts with a sad pile of wilted vegetables underneath it when I asked where my teriyaki sauce was for my teriyaki chicken the waiter runs back into the kitchen and grabs a small to-go cup of sauce. He hands me a small container of sauce and says just pour it on... my "stir fried Teriyaki and chicken and vegetables" is supposed to be stirred fried that way the sauce is coating all the vegetables and chicken I was served dry chicken breast with no sauce and sad wilted vegetables with no sauce and given less than half a fluid ounce of teriyaki sauce in a small plastic container when I complained that the chicken was dry and stiff as a broad he said to me that it was a very busy night " the dinning room had less than 10 people in it" and sorry for the wait and quality of food. All in all would not recommend this sushi house to anyone high prices low quality of service and food. dissatisfaction...

Now, let's talk about the sushi—absolutely amazing! Each piece was a little burst of flavor, impeccably fresh and beautifully presented. The rolls were skillfully crafted and each bite was a perfect balance of texture and taste.
And don't even get me started on the softshell crab—it was divine! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor. It's a must-try dish if you're a fan of seafood.
While they may not offer sushi boats, which would have been a fun addition, I have to say that each of their sushi dishes is a masterpiece in its own right. Each roll or sashimi plate we tried was more delicious than the last, leaving us already planning our next visit before we'd even left the restaurant.
So whether you're looking for a cozy spot for a date or a quality place to grab lunch, this is definitely the place to go. The food, atmosphere, and staff all get a resounding five...
