Jamba Juice — Restaurant in Florida

This Jamba Juice ALWAYS takes too long. For those of us that have 30 minutes lunch this location is not ideal. It took 20 min for my Bowl to come out. I ask if my bowl was coming up soon, and an employee who was taking his break, yells from the corner that my bowl was coming up. I look at him oddly as I did not realize he worked there since he was sitting at a table eating and he says "don't worry I work here". The guy behind the counter processed to give someone who ordered after me their bowl since she came up and complained. When they finally give me mine, I'm told they are out of bananas, which I had just seen him give the last one to the lady who complained. So now I've waited 20 minutes for my food and it's not complete because they gave someone who ordered way after me their food first; unacceptable for proper hospitality. I was very annoyed and felt like I had wasted my money and my time....

Where do I start. My drink was blended into a watery beverage. Aren’t smoothies supposed to be thick? At least every other Jamba Juice I have been to make their smoothies with some level of thickness above water. They forgot my order and I had to ask about my order only for the girl who took my order to go to the back and make the drink while the line waited. Overall horrible experience for a $7.00 flavored milk. And milk is a bad term because milk was thicker than my “smoothie”. Do better FIU...

I like the juices but the service is alright. It could be better. Often hear employees make ridiculous comments about customers. Trash talking customers in from of over customers does not make anyone comfortable. They are efficient and I get my order quick. I hope they fix the attitude problem in...
