I waited 20 minutes for my food to be ready. I waited patiently for my name to get called, but it wasn't. After five minutes I asked if I could get my food, but the employee refused to give it to me and pointed at the kitchen even though my food was in clear view. Ten minutes later I got my food and it was obviously cold because it was sitting out. My burger had ingredients that I made sure to not include and the French fry box was nearly empty because they put nothing in it.
