If I could give zero stars on here I would . just experienced the most insane argument over granola with a "manager" that works there. Perhaps I was given the wrong name but I was told his name is Danny. Danny didn't know that I had asked for less granola on one of the two acai bowls that I bought from a new girl in training. When BOTH acai bowls came out with less granola I asked for the other one to have a normal amount of granola, he over heard and stopped checking out a customer and yelled that granola isn't free and if we wanted extra it would have to be charged. When I told him I had asked for less on one bowl not 2 he jumped into a frantic array of shouts telling us to get the hell out of his store and that we were annoying. the argument became so out of control that one uber driver began to call the cops on him due to him telling us that " we did not know who he was and he will come over the counter and show us if he had too" the uber driver informed him she was recording everything he was yelling and the threats he was making. I understand nothing is free but I didn't want anything free I simply wanted the correct portion of granola on one of the bowls. Had he let me explain this perhaps none of this would not had happen but regardless yelling, cursing and threating customers is something I don't think is very customer service oriented. I suggest this man find a job where he does not have to deal with humans in a customer service environment. I have spent so much money at this store in the past years but I will Never set foot...
Read moreI'm a Wellington local and come by this Jamba pretty often. I donât usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to after reading the one left by TJ. I stopped in the other day with my daughters and we grabbed some smoothies. Everything turned out great the staff was super friendly and really kind to us. Honestly, Iâd had a rough day, and just the small gesture of them being accommodating and tossing in a little extra really lifted my mood.
Later on, I actually came back for another round (yes, it was that kind of day), and walked in just after a man had left turns out it mightâve been the same guy who wrote that review. Just to clarify, thereâs never been a kids menu here anyone who comes regularly would know that. Iâve never expected one, and itâs never been an issue.
Also, Iâve ordered the Peanut Butter Mooâd more times than I can count, and theyâve always gotten it right. My daughter has a peanut allergy, and the staff has always handled it carefully and respectfully, which I really appreciate.
If youâre wondering whether this Jambaâs worth going to it definitely is. The team here is great. People like the last reviewer honestly make things harder for folks just doing their jobs. No matter how much they try to help, some customers just arenât going to be satisfied.
To the staff here thank you. Every time Iâve come in, youâve been kind and positive. And if someone has a different experience then maybe it says more about them than it does about you. Ill continue to be...
Read moreStore opens at 8am. I went in right after opening, originally planning to purchase a giftcard for someone else and a smoothie for myself. There was no employee anywhere to be seen. After several minutes, Darrien (according to his name tag) came out from the back, but did not greet or acknowledge me. I politely asked if I could please buy a gift card. I also asked for a receipt. After handing me the gift card, no envelope, no receipt, he just said "No receipts."
I asked again for a receipt, explaining that I was giving the gift card to someone in a different city, and I wanted them to be able to show proof of value on the card. He crossed his arms, stared down at me, and replied something along the lines of, "If I say there's money on it, there's money on it." There was no one else in the store for me to ask to assist me in getting a receipt.
I felt so uncomfortable at that point that I walked out the store. I had planned to order a smoothie for myself, but Darrien had made it clear I was unwelcome. I hope the recipient is able to use their gift card without issue. If there was a technical reason a receipt couldn't be printed, a simple explanation could have...
