I want to tell you about a sweet guy named Colin. This young man served all alone with no help anywhere while myself and my group were there amongst so many other patrons. He handled the long lines with kids and pretty picky adults even with such grace. He was patient and kind and his manners were so wonderful. He hand served everyone one by one their orders and stayed so cool under the pressure. I suggest who ever owns this place to see the value this young man is and give him a raise. I am telling you... you do not and will not find many who will work under that pressure no matter the age the way he did. For that reason, even having a place near us to go to...we will be back because this young guy is customer service excellent!!!! Thank him again for us. We all tipped him very well and encouraged others to do the same because they too couldn't believe how well he was doing! Thank you Collin... Your one in a million and you will continue to go far with your hard...
Read moreThe owner of this franchise location better start paying closer attention to their investment. The kids who work there are absolutely rude and disrespectful. They clearly have no training and manners. I was treated so awful today I will never return. Both young girls were extremely rude and have no business being left alone up there running and representing your store. If you have employees saying they just need to close up early because they just want to leave and go home… you have a real issue. This is NOT the first time we’ve come in they put handwritten notes on the window that they were closing early. If you can’t find help, you as the owner need to be up there running your own store. And BTW all their little friends were hanging out and waiting on them in the store. The new Rita’s location around the corner will be getting my business...
Read moreMy husband and I visited your Murabella store on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 2nd. We wanted to send you a review of your employee, Sarah who waited on us at that time. Sarah was working alone and there were two customers ahead of us. I watched as she worked swiftly and calmly, prepared and bagged an order, walked it out onto the floor to the waiting customer, then with a smile went directly to the next customer. We didn't wait long, and it was a pleasure to watch her work so quickly and still present a beautiful, finished product for each of us. She didn't seem harried or rattled at all. It may seem like all of that is expected in an employee, but we've often seen the opposite. Sarah seems to be a gem. Please consider her for an acknowledgement by management of some kind--perhaps...
