Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

I have heard a LOT of people say nice things about this place. I felt VERY disappointed in what I received for just over $12. This was my first time ordering from Jersey Mike's and I decided on the Turkey Wrap with bacon, extra meat, and cheese. Let me just tell you that what looked like a 6" wrap filled 2 thirds with lettuce and tomato with a few bacon bits and a thin layer of turkey and cheese is NOT worth $12. If that is what they consider EXTRA meat, then their regular wrap must have a single slice of turkey on it. I'm letting all 600+ employees at my workplace know what this sad little $12 sandwich looks like in a company email. Couldn't have had a worse experience, literally. Did an order from the app for pick-ip on our way to the beach. Arrived 5 mins after order was supposed to be ready. When finally great'ed by an employee I was told "it isn't ready yet." after standing there for an additional 12 minutes I inquired as to why I was still waiting. Turns out, the food had been sitting there behind all 3 employees the entire time. No apology, no acknowledgment of error, no attempt to make a customer satisfied. To beat it all, 2 of the 3 sandwiches were incorrect when we got to the beach. I used to purchase lunch for my entire office from this location once a week, notice I said used to. Went for lunch with a co-worker. There were only two customers in line in front of us, yet it took THIRTY FIVE MINUTES to get our food from the time we walked in the door. The sub was okay, but definitely not worth $12. We told the employee that made our sandwiches that we would be dining in, yet I was handed a bag and all but rushed out the door. Then the cashier had the audacity to ASK for a tip when I paid.

Next time I am spending $12 on a lunch that takes an hour, it'll be at the sit-down casual restaurant across the street with a waitress that will bring my food. Standing there for half an hour, eating out of a paper bag, and then having to clean up after myself is not worth...
