EXTREMELY POOR experience. Placed online order at 7:00pm. Have email to prove it, was promised 45 minutes. NO FOOD by 7:57, so called, was told order was almost here.
STILL NO FOOD at 8:08 (68 min now) so called again. Was told same thing, asked for a manager, did not get transferred -the guy told me the same thing again, so I again aked for a manager. He HUNG UP ON ME. (I was firm but nice, so this was absolutely uncalled for.)
Called them right back (8:12 now, 72 min.), and a manager answered. I started to explain, but she cut me off and said he's almost there. I said good but at this point we feel there should be a discount. She proceeds to tell me their online ordering system is inaccurate (subbed out and the contracted company does it wrong) and it really meant the food should be there in 75 minutes, or 8:15. I say, that's not really my issue, because Jet's system told me 7:45. She tells me it's not her fault, it's the subcontractor's, but I explained it IS HER FAULT BECAUSE SHE WORKS FOR THE COMPANY! She tells me I'm arguing with her! I state that I'm correcting what is HER mistake, as she is a representative of the company, and I, as a customer, am going by the Order Confirmation I was given by said company. And THEY KNEW!!! She finally agrees to the discount but now has to talk to her DM (district manger) for approval, so, "please hold." Comes back on and offers "10-20%., would that work?"
Now it's 8:16 (76 min.) and our food still hasn't arrived. I say I don't think that's enough of a discount for food that isn't even here. So she puts me on hold and asks for more, but the DM tells her "have the lady call in tomorrow to talk w/ me." What?! I explain to her that HE (the DM) should call ME, not the other way around!! I have a legitimate complaint and he should follow up, because THAT'S HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS.
We received out food right while she and I were finishing on the phone (approx 8:18, 78 min). It was a correct order, but cold. I still have not heard from Randy, the DM. Oh, AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CREDIT OR DISCOUNT!!! /:(

   Read moreBeware: this location DOES NOT have the normal Jet's gluten free pizza like shown on the website and on their menu. They only have the cauliflower crust gluten free pizza. I can't say it's awful, but it's not great. When you think you're ordering the Jet's gluten free & you get home and find a cauliflower pizza....ugh, ick. I called the store & was told "oh the cauliflower crust and the gluten free are the same thing." I told the guy "well, the ordering system has them listed separately and the menu flyer shows the square-ish gluten free pizza. Why are they listed separately and why does the photo show the square-ish gluten free if it's the same as the cauliflower? I thought I was going to get the square-ish one like I've had in Michigan." His response was "oh, that's just the way corporate does it, but I'll let my manager know." Yeah, you do that. But you've lost a customer. My husband got the normal Jet's square pizza. He sd it was ok. Antipasto was ok too. We're used to Jet's in MI so is not something we'd normally get down here. It was the Jet's gluten free I was wanting and I am bummed they don't have the real Jet's gluten free pizza. The cauliflower one I can get anywhere (but I don't cuz I don't care for it.) It's the attitude, lack of concern, and not even an offer to do something to make up for it that means I'll not go back there.
Jet's Santa Barbara...customize your menu flyer to your specific store so people know what they're getting. Having the real Jet's gluten free listed separately from the cauliflower crust implies that...
   Read moreIf I could give no starts I would. My boyfriend and I call about 9:27pm, asked if it was okay and not an unconvince to order PICKUP at that time. We asked if they have MEATBALL SUBS, they asked someone and said yes. We ordered 3 with lettuce on the side. We then order a SUPREME pizza. Now, we all know what they are both supposed to look like. I get home, after waiting 40 minutes for my order to be ready. To see that there was a CALZONE dry looking thing in my box FULL of lettuce INSIDE. I call them and they pretty much said, that’s their way of a meatball sub at that hour.. I explained my thoughts of what I was expecting to recieve and they stated, well we only serve “classic chicken deli” and not meatball subs. So I said to them “why wouldn’t you tell me that in the first place?” And she couldn’t reply to me. Also, the supreme pizza was missing most of its ingredients. IF ITS SUCH A BOTHER TO MAKE THE CUSTMERS ORDER CORRECTLY DONT BOTHER STAYING OPEN. It wasn’t a complicated order... they didn’t even say sorry. I will never go...
