Update after two weeks: I did call corporate about this issue which they said they were to share with the local owner. Gave them my name, number and email. Had hoped to hear some kind of feedback from corporate, or the local store. Never heard anything, which confirms to me that they really do not care.
Original review: Have always loved their Pizza. Went in for lunch and asked about the Jetsi sandwich that was new on the menu. Not sure who the guy was behind the counter. I suspected he was a manager. He said it wasn't new. They just got changed to a corporate store and they made them add it. I asked if it was good and he told me he never ate anything there. But they do sell a lot. I ordered one and waited. While waiting another customer came in and made some complaint, but didn't hear exactly. The employee said he would get the guy something but needed proof of whatever was wrong. I have made complaints over the phone before and was never asked for proof. Both of them started arguing loudly. What did get my attention was when the guy behind the counter said to the customer "I should knock your block off". Then he told the customer to leave or he would call the cops. The customer was fine with that, but the employee wouldn't call the cops. He called his boss instead. At this point my sandwich that I had already paid for was done. If I hadn't paid for it I would have left. The sandwich was good, but don't want to go back if that guy is still there. Read moreFirst time ordering and the last!!! Ordered 1 pizza and a sub. Special instructions for the sub, light on the sauce and bread toasted. First issue, we waited over an hour. We kind of expected a wait since its Fri night, but not more then an hour. Second issue, driver put the boxes on the ground while the money was being exchanged. Third issue, sub has lots of sauce and soggy. Fourth issue, pizza was cold and over cook.
We called and spoke with the manager on duty. He apologized and offered to replace the sub. We didn't want to wait another hour or end up with another soggy sub. We asked for a full refund and the manager agreed.
The driver came back and asked for the food. He then proceed to inspect it after setting it on the ground. He then became aggressive, rude, arrogant, obnoxious and was loud. He refused to give us a full refund since there was 2 bits missing from the sub and 3 slices were missing. I ate it because I waited over an hour and was starving.
We asked him to call his manager to confirm that we were promised a full refund and he refused. Told us that he didn't have a phone and that we should call. He then said he had his phone in the car after we asked him how his manager informed him to return. He seem intoxicated. Yelled as us as he walked towards his car saying that he was keeping $5 for the food we did eat.
We called the manager back and was put on hold. We finally hung up. So disappointed with the lack of customers service...
Read moreJets pizza has always been great in the past, with timely orders and deliver times, and the food is usually cooked well and warm. But the last 4 times I have never received worse service. Order time on any night spans from 1 hours to 2.5 hours. I ordered a salad and a small pizza last night and was told an hour. I understand, its Friday night, but I waited almost an hour and 45 minutes. Each time we order a pizza we get the turbo crust, and every time it even says it on the slip for TURBO CRUST. The past 4 times, NO TURBO CRUST. The pizza isn't worth ordering if it gets screwed up every time. Each manager that I spoke with has been rude and offered no help. They kept telling me it was my fault...But it clearly states the turbo crust on the receipt. You would imagine that someone making pizzas only have a few jobs, and one of them is to not mess up the pizza. The managers obviously don't care about their customers. On top of all the mess, I ordered cinnamon sticks last week and received cheesy bread. Lol, i guess the two sound the same. That time as well, the manager told me to be more clear on the phone. When the receipt clearly said cinnamon sticks. Tired of the customer service of this place... needs...
