Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Florida

The food and cleanliness was certainly as expected. However on Sunday November 3rd at 1pm one of the managers in training was extremely rude and was to the point that because I said I didn't appreciate him speaking to me in the manner he was doing so (after just asking him for a little more guacamole) he got extremely angry, disrespectful and walked away from me as I was still trying to voice my displeasure. Situation was totally uncalled for. All over a spoonful of guacamole.The next day I returned to speak to a senior manager ( he said his name was Jim ) and he basically brushed me off as well. Not even a sincere apology. Again I applaud the owner for a very good looking facility but he/she should reconsider who they hire. Service was fast and friendly. We were greeted immediately upon entering and the order taking process was smooth and the person, while clearly busy, was making a good effort to be friendly.

Indoor seating is being limited to a healthy social distance spacing. So the number of indoor seeds is actually fairly Limited at present.

The sandwiches we got we're just okay. Well the bread seemed fresh the overall flavor of our sandwiches was just a little flat and not up to what we remember the quality of Jimmy John's from the past. It wasn't bad, but it definitely seemed to step down from the last time we were there which was over a year ago.

I have to say I am never ever coming here, the manager was really rude, so I had my own bottle of water from home and came in to fill it up, as soon as I was about to walk out the manager was like you can’t fill ur water bottle up you need to empty it out I’m like ok, I was about to go empty out and not give the manager a hard time as I would be the bigger person but he grabs my water bottle out of my hand and empty’s it without me even moving a step. He hands it back to me and told me to get the hell out. It was so disrespectful. He acted like I stole a sandwich and was running out.
