Restaurant allowed me to place an order for delivery without having driver available. I called to change the cheese option on my order and was told there was no driver. So when we’re you guys going to call and let us know you can not bring our food? My wife and I spent our last funds available to order From this establishment. We are now foodless and have no money for tonight to eat. We asked for the establishment to please refund us in cash to get food someplace else (because we know they closed in 30 minutes) and they did not accommodate us. We spoke to quinton who was working the shift and he was nice at first but started to give us attitude as soon as I asked for him to save our voided order for our records just to make sure we have documentation of the refund since they don’t have their restaurant together. Why am I the wronged customer but you have an attitude? NOT COOL! I am so nice!!! Worst experience ever and now we have to wait 3-5 business days to get our 30.00 back. The store manager does not know how to run this store properly and their corporate store will be contacted. Please call this disorganized store before placing a delivery order to make sure they can actually deliver. Tray the store manager needs to be on top of her store and if delivery is not available that option should be taken down. Delivery is usually selected by the customer because they can not make it to the store. Manager said to offer half off to delivery orders if the customer can pick up the order which does not make sense. How can someone be able to come pick it up if they do not have the means to do so. Shame on you Jimmy John’s. Do better.

   Read moreI used to work at this location so I wanted to provide some insight for those considering visiting. I no longer work there so this review doesn't benefit me in any way shape or form. The employees are some of the best to work for Jimmy John's. They are there for the customers and know what they're doing. Typically accurate and fast for in store, pick up, and delivery. The store was opened in 2016 and the cleanliness has been maintained well since then. It is a larger store so plenty of space to spread out given covid. They DO slice all meats and veggies fresh each and every day. If you think your portion size is small - its most likely just because of the portion weight specifications. All the meats are weighed each portion. Delivery is quick and friendly. Most of the drivers know what they are doing and want to see to it that you get your order quickly - that's how they are trained. They deserve to be tipped fairly as they do not receive any of the delivery fee. The catering beats anyone in the area. It is incredible fast (we've made orders for over $300 in under 30 minutes with 0 notice) and orders can be completely customizable. Catering pricing is very comparable if not better than other restaurants in the area. Pricing is the only thing that could possibly be an issue for a customer. I recommend you double check your order to make sure you aren't getting charged for a catering item (boxed lunches or lil john combos incur a larger fee even on individual orders). The 1st issue, we ordered in house, the associate added extra condiments that don’t even come on the sandwich without me asking. I didn’t know until I got back to work and took a bite, this was on my 30 min lunch break. I was told to return and they would remake it, didn’t apologize, didn’t provide any sort of compensation. I was late returning from lunch because of it, I’m a hourly employee so I lost money for this inconvenience. Once that happened we didn’t return for many months, maybe a year or so. However I recently went back in and I’ve been placing my orders online due to the inconsistency of the orders being placed wrong when in house. Today I ordered 20 minutes before the start of my lunch, the place is only 5 minutes down the road. I get to the store about 25 minutes later and they have not even started the order. I sat down and waited to find out after waiting another 20 minutes in store that they made and then gave my sandwich to someone who ordered the “free sandwich” that Jimmy John corporate offered. They stated this free sandwich wasn’t informed to the employees until just the day before so they didn’t have time to prep. 1st paying customers should be prioritized. 2nd read the receipt to see who the sandwich belongs to. 3rd shame on Jimmy John’s corporate for doing that. They should have given at a minimum a week for the store to prepare. So today I spent over 40 mins waiting for a sandwich that should have been made and ready by the time I got there, to find out they gave my order to someone else.
