Fast Delivery? How About NO Delivery to Whiskey Creek!

If you live in Whiskey Creek, I live a mile behind the store. They refused delivery to my home. I submitted a service request to map Whiskey Creek and requested they avoid more negative experiences for other residents. Their automated unresponsive service reply follows: Thank you for taking the time to write in. I double checked the address and unfortunately there is not a Jimmy John's that delivers to this location yet.

Our delivery areas are strategically small. When a new store opens, our team creates the delivery area by driving 3-5 minutes from the store in every direction. Our goal is to be able to serve our customers with fast consistent orders and live up to our motto of serious delivery.

We know this is the opposite of logic, but we found that these small areas allow us to get out sandwiches quickly to our customers and provide them with fast consistent service. I’m sorry this doesn’t help you right now, but it sounds like we’ll need to build more stores near...

I live 1.4 miles from the store and 2.0 miles by another google map. The time from store to my home by the longest map is 6 minutes. by the 1.4 version its under 5min.

Im handicaped and cant drive so i cant go get the food. Just before i moved here, I was ordering from Jimmy Johns at least twice a week delivered. The manager looked up.my account and i had spent over 100.00 consistantly. They never arrived under 10min to my home. But who cares. So now I havent had an order since July at my new location. The store mgr. said im 2 blocks too far or maybe 1 minute ? So theyve lost hundreds of dollars of my buisness and left me out in the cold. I saw another customer in my area is going through the same thing. Wake up corporate your freaky fast delivery concept is just freaky period...Who cares if the food arrives in 6 or 7 mins versus 5. youve never made it to my old house in 5 anyway and sometimes in 20 mins plus

I love Jimmy Johns but I recommend only ordering take out/pick up from this location. The delivery situation is a mess. I've been ordering for years and it's a real coin toss whether they will actually have drivers. I really wish they would turn off the delivery option on mobile ordering if they don't have drivers it would save me a lot of hassle. Today they texted me and said they placed an order for me through Uber eats. I was fine with that until Uber never delivered. The driver would not respond. Jimmy John's told me I had to talk to Uber so I called Uber eats customer service who transferred me 3-4 times to people who would not help me bc the order had not in fact been placed through my own Uber eats account. I had to call Jimmy John's yet again and get a manager to help issue a refund. I will say the staff are always helpful and communicative, which I appreciate. Just stay away from...
