Completely forgot to take a picture of my food but that’s because once I took a bite, it was a wrap, I ate it all before the thought even occurred to me. With that being said, the food was great! I got the 8 piece chicken with fries combo and added the 8 piece shrimp. All of the food had that great lemon pepper seasoning I was hoping for and was very fresh, hot enough for the whole meal to still be hot when I arrived home in Tampa about 20ish minutes away sooo FRESH lol). For those who are from or have lived in Miami and experienced Snappers, the reviews aren’t a lie when they compare them. It’s very very similar, enough that I’m so happy I don’t have to make the drive back to Miami just to get that craving met. The only thing is the if I remember correctly Snappers wings might be a bit bigger but if we are talking seasoning, it’s like a bulleyes match, and probably as close as we’ll get in Tampa.

Additionally, Ms.Kay was so sweet and personable. She even waited for me to taste the food for my reaction which was adorable lol because it reminds me of when your family is cooking and they wait for you to try their master pieces lol. If you have the time and gas to drive out to this location (it’s a bit closer to Brandon or Riverview than Tampa but Tampa is just wide like that), I would HIGHLY recommend you guys go out and support her and the business. I’ve already spread the news with my family here in Tampa and will definitely be back.

I think their seasoning is delicious. One of the reasons I went. I was very disappointed in the chicken tenders. Ridiculously small. Wings being small I can understand but the tenders those are cutting corners. The fries were on the stiff side. I recommend different fries. Honestly, the type that they serve can be overly cooked easily. By the time I got home, they are hard as a rock. The shrimp was the best thing on the menu that I tried. The mild sauce was misleading. It wasn’t spicy at all. It was almost sweeter side. I’m not sure if I was given the incorrect sauce, but I was very disappointed in the sweetness. I was expecting different. I doubled back and purchased okra. They were some pieces that were hard and I’m not talking about the ends. More so the skin other than that the okra was delicious. I wish I had gotten the extra seasoning on them that I paid for.

Also charging for extra seasoning and not being able to get on the side is wild. How are you knowing you’re giving your customer extra? Do you count the amount of time your wrist thrusts? When it looks covered to your liking is that extra? How is it quantified? What if it’s not enough extra, do you charge me more for more shakes of your wrist?

I placed an online order and prepaid for my meal. When I arrived at the drive thru, I stated that I placed an online order and was there to pick it up and I had my I.D. and C.C. ready. I was then told that I needed to come inside to pick up my order, to which I let her know that I was physically unable to do so. She then said that I had to come inside again. I asked if she could cancel my order, in hope so getting A Refund; Since I wasn't getting my food. She stated that my order had already been prepared. to which I replied, that I'm trying to pick it up, but I'm physically unable to get out of my car and you are not allowing me to come through the drive thru. She said there was nothing else she could do. I then drove off since I was unable to get out of my car to pick up my order. Very disappointed by my treatment and the service.
