Better than average!! Manager was awesome, came in at 7pm asked for fresh strips and mix of strips in basket had no problems doing so during my 17min wait I observed the drive through times were spot on and some even faster than 65seconds. Also during my wait a customer complained about food staff promptly apologized and fixed order, while order was being fixed the manger went to address customer and did so in a polite and comforting way. I was impressed. Got my food order, was exactly right checked my chicken and it was cooked and extremely hot. Will definitely return for my chicken craves in the future!!! The one star is because the staff were friendly and accommodating. They messed up my order, but only noticed it only when I got home. I had specifically ordered dark meat half original recipe and half crispy. I repeated the order many times. Despite that, they gave me all original recipe with white meat. Had to throw away half of it because I could not eat the white meat. Would not recommend. Went up there at 7:37 p.m. and sat and waited on a 20 dollar family meal til 8.06 p.m. so I come and see I have 6 pieces of dried chicken legs and some really greasy and old thighs what happened to the white meat my side weren't even filled up and the manager I can hear screaming in the back "and they can wait another hour" guess she heard me talking to someone and over heard me but its ok I be back in the morning to get my money back I'm not dealing with someone that's screaming at employee's and getting snappy...
