We were a party of 8 and we all liked the food š but I must say that they service we got from our service was š . We all know that a dish is best with great service as we are paying for the full service in a restaurant. We started ok we were sat down in a fast time host was great. Even the drink ordering but once we start ordering food I think service need to know more about ingredients in food and extract charges (hidden fees). So when we received food all came in parts last plate took 10 mins or so š¤. But the when received tallarines verdes with grilled chicken brest well it had sauce on chicken (not so bad) but the tallarines had cheese on it so asked service to please exchange for some with no cheese because this dish normally is not topped with cheese. But it what server said next... it's to bad that's how we service it. Then walked away later we got her attention again and told her to please have a order made again with no cheese that we would pay so right away she said sure I'll put in welll let's say 25 miss later we asked where it's at and her poor excuses was there was other table orders in front of your order (oh and we just wanted the noodles) so we ended up canceling with the host because she did not come back. We asked for napkins and got 3 š for a party of 8 I remind another thing that got me was no water refills. But mostly was we were charged for a hot sauce I asked for on the side of my Leche de Tigre (you should always tell about extra charge) but $3 for a side of 1oz Rocoto (hot sauce) is ridiculeces we got charged for 2 of those but the best was we were charged the gratuitas up front screwed her self because I always leave 18% on bad service and 23% on good service she got 15% but the sad part was that no greeting that we were there. We had family come down from NJ to try this place we have been going to for 3 years every time we go up from WPB. Maybe will be last time looks like place is bigger now witch is good but not when you have untrained staff bill was almost $400 oh 1 last thing if a dish is pur on the special board it should have the price because we got 2 Snappers witch were almost $40 each but 1 came of maybe 1 pound but the 2ad was less than 1 lbs even the size was very noticeable. It was supposed to be seventy something and the lady charge me ninety something for 5 meals. Which bearly had much in each plate. I spoke to the lady that helped me and she said that her prices went up. I did not appreciate your restaurant charging me soooo much more than what was listed on your online menu.
