We looked for the nearest Taco Bell off of I 75. Although the ratings showed 3 stars we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, we didn’t read the ratings until after our horrible experience. People were shuffling around behind the counter. We were not greeted for at least 5 to 7 minutes. Finally a person came up and said “welcome to KFC/ Taco Bell.” There was a customer in front of us who we heard her tell “it will be at least 15 minutes if you order from Taco Bell because the drive-through orders are filled first.” REALLY? She explained that she works for KFC and could not fill Taco Bell orders. Should have been our first clue to head for the exit!!! Unfortunately we waited well over 20 minutes as there were 3 or 4 customers ahead of us who were very upset commenting out loud about how long it was taking! We did get what we ordered, however it was cold and the ingredients seemed to have been stirred together. We were handed a KFC bag with our Taco Bell order! We returned to our vehicle and couldn’t wait to read the reviews! EVERYTHING former customers complained about a YEAR ago still seem to be happening at this particular Taco Bell. Where is corporate? Do you not read these reviews and take care of your hard-working customers who pay high dollar to eat at Taco Bell? You’ve had PLENTY of time to turn this location around or be loyal to your customers and CLOSE IT!!!!!!! ...
Read moreMy family and I placed a mobile order via UE at this location a little after lunchtime today just to get the opposite of what we ordered. As we returned home we noticed the order had things on it that we requested not to have so I called the restaurant back to inform the General Manager who gave an attitude because He didn’t put sour cream on my 5 layer burritos and really didn’t want to remake it. This Guy is very Hateful and evil. For him to be a General Manager you would expect a better response/ outcome. I’m the past I’ve used the drive thru to order and this same General Manager gave me the biggest attitude and very rude to customers. He acts like he doesn’t like African American customers. I have had family as well as friends tell me every time they visited this same location they encountered issues with their order and the General Manager customer service is very bad. He needs to be in a warehouse or somewhere that he doesn’t have to have Close contact with human beings because his attitude and the way he treats customers is disgusting and evil...
Read moreGot the meal for 4 deal which was 2 nachos, 2 chicken quesadillas, 2 crunchwrap supremes, and 4 soft tacos for delivery - which they put all in one single bag. Missing 12 packets of mild sauce - no sauce at all was provided... which really sucks if you're a person that likes some sauce with their tacos. Both quesadillas were flattened completely since they were on the bottom of the bag with everything sitting on top of them... so they both stuck to wrappers and couldn't eat one side of it bc it couldn't be pulled away from the paper... there was also barely anything in them - similar to other reviews on this location. The crunchwrap Supremes had more veggies than meat and were majority tortilla bread - no flavor... didn't see any cheese in them. The soft tacos were fine.
