KFC — Restaurant in Florida

I go to this location a lot it is the closest fast food of my choice to my home which I pay bills at which I have a job to do so but because I look unorthodox and I have a service dog I get mistreated often I've had a few bad experiences at this location and yesterday was my topper I had only ordered one thing it was just some freaking nacho fries with extra cheese last time I ordered this one of my cheese was extremely lacking they were nice enough to fix it but I could hear the girl behind hollowing that she put cheese in that container well she put cheese in the container it just wasn't a whole lot it was literally a DOT and I know I didn't suck down a bunch of cheese as soon as I opened up the container and seen what I seen LOL anyhow yesterday I had ordered the same thing nacho fries extra cheese there is a group behind me that had ordered a bunch of stuff they got their food first and once I got mine it was cold so I went to the counter a young nice gentleman asked me to wait a minute so I did and as I was waiting I realized my nacho cheese lid was still off so I went to go fix that real quick while I was waiting this lady storms in starts yelling about her food doesn't show any proof of her food they asked her to bring the food in she would not bring the food in she was being outright and mean but I was standing there waiting for some help for just some damn nacho fries and I had a very long day also and the manager there that was dealing with that lady and me was extremely rude to both but mostly to me so it really just tipped the board for me I will be coming back to the establishment because it is the closest fast food establishment of my choice near my home but I would hope to get better treatment in the...

Every time I come in here, the staff are so rude. Specifically the female managers. They have zero customer service skills, and I literally have never seen a single one of them smile. They walk around with the grumpiest look on their face and never have any urgency at all. And they never honor the survey coupon on the backs of their receipts which states you get a free chicken sandwich when you buy one. They "try" to put the code in and say it don't work. Even when I show them the screenshot from the actual survey website. And these are always brand new, never redeemed before, and well within the 30 day period that they're supposed to be good for so those are not the issue. They always just mumble that it don't work and walk off and let the cashier try again and then attempt to cash me out full price. No! How about you don't run a promotion if you don't honor it?! If you don't want my money then I'll go somewhere else that does. And is it really that hard to look at least the tiniest bit friendly? I know they probably hate their job, but don't take that out on the customers who are paying for your paycheck. You have lost me as a customer, and I always now tell people I know to not go there either. Even if you do go there, have fun waiting at the front counter for at least 5 minutes if not longer for someone to finally come and take your order, even though 3 or 4 other "workers" have already seen you and just ignore you. This place is awful, and a horrible representation of what Colonel Sanders stood for. If I could give them zero stars, or better yet negative stars, then that would be more deserving then the one star review that they are...

Poor costumer service and prices are way too high now. The lady on the speaker was very rude. I had my grandmother with me and she couldnt hear the lady on the speaker. She spoke to me first and I didnt understand her so my grandma tried finding out what she said. She was getting aggravated at my grandma for having to repeat herself and was super rude. Thats when you go too far for me is when you disrepect my grandparents like that. We tried asking about specials and she wasn't helpful at all. She just had a huge attitude. We wanted something cheaper than $25 of a family fill up type deal. and they changed the $20 usual fill up to $25 and make it $28.88 for an additional mac and cheese side? There aint no way we are paying that much for not even enough food for 2 people let alone 3. We drove off, and Ive had a bad experience here before too when i came with my aunt. There was a lady who yelled over the speaker at us cause she couldnt hear us or understand us. I just dont get all the negativity here but my family and I are done coming to this location. The workers clearly dont enjoy their job so theres something wrong inside due to higher management or owners and the food isnt worth it anyways. And when your prices LOWER, we MIGHT be back at a different KFC closer. DONE COMING...
